Microsoft has stated that after November 1, 2025, Teams resource accounts (Auto Attendants/Call Queues) making outbound PSTN calls will require Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) licensing or Communication Credits instead of Calling Plans. For GCC tenants, where exactly are Communication Credits configured and assigned? In commercial tenants this is typically done through the Microsoft 365 admin center under Billing > Communication credits, but I’m not seeing equivalent options in GCC. Has anyone successfully set this up in GCC, or is PAYG handled differently for government tenants?128Views2likes0CommentsInspection App in Teams with GCC account?
I am trying to setup the Inspection App within Teams. I get to the point where it says "Almost there...Inspection needs your permission to use the following. Please allow the permissions to proceed." Under Microsoft Teams it indicates "! Sign in failed Fix Connection" . I am already signed in. Down the right side of the window next to each app that is requesting permission it has the option to "Switch account", this has no effect either. The "Allow" button at the bottom of the window remains ghosted and I cannot proceed past this step. Is this a limitation of trying to use the Inspection App with a GCC (Government Community Cloud) account?1.5KViews1like3Comments
