We have a user that, when signed into Microsoft Edge using his work email it is very slow. Slow if through MyApps or using the RDS URL. When not signed into his work profile or using other browsers, RDS is not slow... Could this be an issue with his 365 work account and MS Edge? The email account is hybrid from on-prem. The issue was brought to our attention on 08/16/2022 with no recent changes made to our environment. This is the only known user that is experiencing this issue. Using other browsers or not being signed into Edge with his work email works without any issues.932Views0likes1CommentOneDrive for Business - Remote Web Access
Hi, For a customer I need to add OneDrive for Business to my clients RDS Gateway, due to the software they are using via remote, they need back up files to their work OneDrive, so installing it on the machine locally isnt going to work, we need to add it as an App on the Remote Web Access. Is there a way of doing this or getting an exe? Thanks1.3KViews0likes1CommentWVD Gateway Performance Issues?
Hey Everyone, We have been chugging along just fine with our WVD installation. All of our users are remote at this point, due to COVID-19 and everything had been fine. This morning, around 9:30, we started seeing performance issues with connection to the desktop. By performance issues I mean, slow mouse movements, slow to scroll through a website or email and the like. There are no indicators of performance issues on the WVD Hosts themselves - Disk / CPU / Memory all fine. I have used Horizon View and XenDesktop in the past pretty extensively, and this felt like a scenario where bandwidth to the gateway/connection broker is saturated or is seeing high latency/packet loss. I would blame this on an individual's home internet connection or coffee shop wifi, but, it is all of my users (including myself). I wish there were some way to see or manage the performance of the WVD connection broker...but I am not aware of any. Is anyone else seeing this? I did see the thread about drops and what not, but this is not related, I do not believe.10KViews3likes15CommentsList All the Users Who Use a Specific Gateway
