Exchange archive mailbox migration license issue
Hi all, I have a situation where my environment is in a hybrid state with users ready to migrate. Some users are over 100GB but less 240GB, the Microsoft article on migrating large mailboxes says i have to provision the cloud archive first, but the documentation on this says i need a license. What's confusing me is if assign a license before they migrate this creates a whole new mailbox and all sorts of screwy thing happen and you have to clean up etc.. so, you instead assign the license after the migration.., but the cloud archive docu. is saying I need to assign a license for the cloud archive first. Has this changed where i can create the Cloud archive on-prem and migrate without needing a mailbox? am i missing something?

Running the command "new-compliance search" uses the parameter language to report an error, Set-Compliance Search -Identity "test" -Language ZH-CN or Use "new-compliance search" -language ZH-CN ------------------------------ -------------------------------- and the command cannot be used under ISE, please help, thank you. Clean instalation 2016 exchange on windows2016 http500 error
Hi everyone I've 2010 exchange server on old domain 2008r2 and I want to update it to newest 2019 To do it 1st I install new vm with 2016 server and install on it 2016 exchange 2016 mailbox with exchange management tools. unfortunately, after the success of the installation on a clean windows2016 my new exchange 2016 server and reboot, I wanted to log in to https: // localhost / emc ... and unfortunately after entering the username and password I got httperror500 ... will anyone help?Get the all info for "Additional Information" attributes for all meeting rooms using PowerShell
Hi Tech Folks, I am trying to get the info audio, video, display, tags, etc. which is located under each meeting room or basically a resource which the type is Room. Exchange Admin Center --> Resources --> Select Any Meeting Room (TYPE:ROOM) --> Additional Information I used this command which is working fine and reveals everything about the room and its properties , but NOT those above info I m looking for: Get-Mailbox -Filter '(RecipientTypeDetails -eq "RoomMailBox")' | Select * | Format-list How can I get those Additional Attributes by PS command? Any thoughts? Thanks for your inputs
