Python for Excel not showing in Formulas
I've followed the following steps: https://insider.microsoft365.com/en-us/join/windows chose insider level "Beta channel" and installed insider builds, waited for it to install and then opened excel and still python for excel can not be found and typing '=PY' in the formula bar gives an error. Any idea where is that coming from ? P.S when I search for python in the search bar I get "insert python" option but nothing happens when I click on it Thanks
DataSource Error Access To The Path is Denied / PowerQuery Mac
I am trying to read a datasource (CSV) into Power Query. I keep getting DataSource error saying that it cannot read the file. This happens whether I try using "Get Data" or just editing an existing query so that it points to a different source. An exception occurred: [DataSource.Error] Access to the path '/my/path/to/the/file.csv' is denied. (Session ID: 6cc4c6b5-96d6-4d58-b68a-f20fcab1aa8f) Sometimes, If I make a copy of the file, then I can import that copy. But if I change the name back to what I want it to be named, then it can't connect. It's the same file, just with a different name. Sometimes when I go to Get Data, all the potential choices (ie.. all the CSV files) are grayed out. But if I rename one of the files then that one will (sometimes) not be greyed out and I can select it. But if I change it back to the name I want, then it grays out again. Very frustrating as a simple duplication task (ie. duplicating a query and then adding a different source) has become very hard indeed. AUTOSAVE BUTTON AND TRANSLATOR FUNCTION
THE AUTOSAVE BUTTON HAS DISAPPEARED FROM EXCEL. USUALLY, AT THE LEFT-UP CORNER, THERE IS A BUTTON FOR AUTOSAVE. IT LEFT MY APP SINCE SOME UPDATE THIS WEEK. (THIRTH OF JANUARY) AT THE SAME TIME, THE TRANSLATION FUNCTION IN THE WHOLE SUITE DOESN'T WORK, THE BUTTON IS PRESENT ALTHOUGH. UNINSTALL AND REINSTALLING DON'T WORK
