Hey team, While I'm doing research around copilot studio audting and logging, I did noticed few descripencies. This is an arcticle that descibes audting in Microsoft copilot. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/admin-logging-copilot-studio?utm_source=chatgpt.com I did few simualtions on copilot studio in my test tenant, I don't see few operations generated which are mentioned in the article. For Example: For updating authentication details, it generated "BotUpdateOperation-BotIconUpdate" event. Ideally it should have generated "BotUpdateOperation-BotAuthUpdate" I did expected different operations for Instructions, tools and knowledge update, I believe all these are currently covered under "BotComponentUpdate". Any security experts suggestion/thoughts on this?48Views1like0CommentsWant to earn an Exclusive Security Tech Community Badge? Take our quick survey!

We just installed the latest version (6.0.35) for both: .NET Runtime and Desktop Runtime but older 6.0.33 versions are still there. We need to automate those older versions removal. We would like to implement a warning message that alerts users when they are sending an email to an external recipient. We initially tried using DLP policies to achieve this, but it seems that DLP only allows control over emails sent outside the organization when they contain attachments. We tried using MailTips as a potential solution, but it appears that Microsoft may have changed the functionality of MailTips. As far as I can tell, they no longer offer the capability we need for this scenario. Can somebody determine how we can configure a system that notifies end users when they are sending emails to external recipients? We’re looking for a solution that either prompts the user or provides some form of notification.Solved564Views0likes3CommentsWe need your help deciding our next Security AMA topic!
