We are running FSLogix 2.9.7838.44263 Office container on Windows 2016. Our GPO sets OutlookFolderPath -> %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook. All of a sudden each time a user launches Outlook its repopulating the cache from scratch. Looking in the ODFC logs we see that %LOCALAPPDATA% is being expanded to the SYSTEM location C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local. I have no idea why this has started or how it is all of sudden expanding this to the system location instead of the user one. Is there any debug logs we can enable to see what's going on here?804Views0likes0CommentsHybrid SharePoint - Multiple Environments
Hi, I am currently working in an environment implementing a Hybrid SharePoint deployment. On-premise we have 3 environments in 2 AD domains. Prod SharePoint - (Prod Domain) Pre-Prod - (Prod Domain) Development - Development Domain Now the issue comes in the SharePoint online tenancy setup - Prod is talking to our Production tenancy and Dev talks to a separate tenancy because its in a separate AD domain. The only tenancy we could link Pre-Prod to is our Production Online Tenant but we would need to do some form of data segregation to ensure prod users can only see prod data and pre-prod users could only see pre-prod data. How do other people do this? The only other option is to accept the risk we can't test hybrid functionality in Pre-Prod which isn't ideal.1.2KViews0likes0CommentsMost efficient way to deploy new 3 tier DevTest environment
Hi We are just beginning our Azure journey and would like to place ourselves in a good position from day 1. Our goal is to create a secure Azure DevTest environment utilising 3 tier architecture (Client, App Server, Database). We want to create a robust and repeatable process that will create the environment (including vnets and subnets etc.) as well as the VMs so only the required software and user accounts remain to be installed/configured. There is a lot of information out there and I am finding it difficult to identify how I should go about this. Blueprints, ARM templates etc.? As I mentioned we are just beginning so I apologise if this seems a little lacking in detail. Appreciate your support.1.1KViews0likes1Comment
