Change Default for Copilot Automatic Room Rebooking Setting in Outlook?
My users with Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses have noticed a newer feature that automatically rebooks meetings with an alternate room if the selected room is unavailable. It appears that this setting is on by default and can be turned off on a per case basis when a new meeting event is being scheduled. Is there a way to turn it off by default and allow people to enable it when a new calendar item is being created instead? Here is what it looks like for me in Outlook. I can click on Edit from the new meeting window and turn it off for a single event. I haven't found a way to change that default behavior. Has anyone found a way to adjust this? Thank you! I have a azure database source connected successfully to my copilot studio though a connector. When i tested the knowledge in some topics, no matter what i texted (give me some examples, find me a random data), it always give me the same result 'No information was found that could help answer this.' I have tried to add synonyms and descriptions to the data source but none of them worked, can anyone help me? also the table have about 900k rowsPlanner Connector for Copilot
I added the planner connector for Copilot to be able to query my plans from BizChat. The connector shows it is installed in my Copilot alongside the Web Content connector. However, any prompts to Copilot regarding Planner plans and tasks are not answered. Can anyone provide guidance on how to use this connector or help me remove it from my Copilot.
Pin Copilot Chat - Admin Center
My dear friends, I pinned the Copilot Chat to the navigation bar through "Admin Center > Copilot > Settings > Pin Copilot Chat > Mark checkbox Pin Copilot Chat to the navigation bar (recommended)" This was performed about 72hr ago and I still can not see any copilot pinned to the Teams, Outlook etc. As per my understanding, this configuration should pin Copilot to the left side of Teams, correct? Our licenses are Microsoft 365 E3 + Defender. Any tips in why this is not working? Thanks in advance
Questions about the Facilitator and Copilot dashboards
We currently have 24 people using MS Copilot in our company. 1. Do we need to have more than 25 people using copilot to create a column on the left bar of viva insight called 'Copilot Dashboard' as shown below? 2. Is the facilitator in TEAMS currently not available outside of the US? As a Microsoft 365 Family subscriber (99€/year), I find the additional cost of Copilot—ranging from 22€ to 30€ per user per month—challenging to justify. For a family of four, this adds up to a substantial annual cost of 1,056€, which feels disproportionate compared to the base subscription price. I appreciate the value that Copilot brings, but I believe a more accessible pricing model, especially for families or multiple users, would make the service much more appealing. Issues with copilot studio bot in Teams
I created a bot in Copilot Studio and integrated it into the Teams store for my Organization. Sometimes an error occurs when starting it and the following message appears "An error has occurred. I have created an agent in copilot through Power Apps. In channels I activated Teams and then published it. I manage to find the agent in Teams but I can't get it to interact. My account is coporate and in my tenant I have almost 2000 users. Could someone help me? Thanks
