Changing plan - What happens to shared links
Hi, I want to know if, when switching from a Microsoft 365 Family subscription to a Personal subscription, my existing OneDrive shared links remain active ? Does the Files and folders i've shared will continue to be accessible to those I've shared them with ? Thanks
Staff changes won't be saved
Hi, I have been experiencing this problem for the last two days. We have a Medical Service where patients can schedule their appointment via Bookings. I tried to make some changes on staff availability, and names, but it doesn't save the changes. I can add new staff, but won't allow me to change any availability on the new staff neither. I make the changes, I save, and when I re-open the staff edit page, no change has been applied. Any solution to this problem? I've tried to erase the cache, tried to access the bookings page from teams, outlook, chrome, edge and modzilla. Nothing works. Thank you!
Edge Policies unavailable in our intune tenant

Suggestion (SS): 29 Classification: APPLE PRIORITY IN MY OPINION: 8 on a scale from 1 (low) to 10 (high) I already reported such problem to Apple different times in the last years, but they never fixed it. Please add (if possible) a way to disable trackpad gesture in edge for the video player. i don't want pause/start (not really a problem, but i generally do this via space) return to second 0 (especially this... is so ** annoying) change volume faster slower etc. features at all when i use the trackpad. i need the trackpad for browsing, not to control videos, otherwise you/apple create only conflicts. 99% of the time they activate it, even if i don't need it. please disable such things inside the video if possible. obviously with an additional option, because probably other user need it... Reverse engineering change management following rapid Teams deployment
Hi, The impact of covid led to my org rolling out Teams pretty much overnight to enable new working from home arrangements. This was to some extent a success, with the incentive of working from home enough to get people embracing the move. Teams then became BAU without any plans for additional support or resourcing. As you can probably imagine, there has been a degree of chaos - around 1,500 people using Teams primarily as a video conferencing suite and a way to lose documents amid the flurry of teams, channels and chats. I see people becoming frustrated and reverting to old habits and my worry is that, as they start drifting back to the workplace and the reliance on video conferencing diminishes, they will turn their back on Teams. I am looking to reverse engineer a change management process to turn this around over the next couple of months. I have not been given a project team or budget, so I have assembled a team of a dozen champions willing to work off the side of their desk to assist, as time allows. I was wondering whether anyone had experience of similar or insight they might like to share before I meet with the champions for the first time next week. I may only get one shot at selling my plan to them, so it needs to be a good one. Any thoughts?Cambiamento nome organizzazione microsoft teams
Salve, ho iniziato ad usare Microsoft teams qualche giorno fa. Giusto per provarlo ho denominato la mia organizzaione . (punto). Adesso mi ritrovo impossibilitata nel compimento di alcune attività, tra le quali il carimento dei file. è possibile cambiare nome alla mia organizzazione o in alternativa cancellare la mia registrazione su Microsoft teams (free) e procedere ad una nuova? Now, i need to change its name, because I am unable to upload file using Microsoft teams (maybe because of this strange name?). Is it that possible?
