Hello Bing Support, I am requesting a reconsideration of the domain selfmanager.ai following a domain migration from self-manager.net. Although pages are crawled and appear indexed in Site Explorer, the site is not being served in search results and impressions are effectively zero. Actions taken before this appeal: Implemented 301 redirects from old domain to selfmanager.ai Ensured all canonical tags point to selfmanager.ai Removed any noindex directives and confirmed no X-Robots-Tag headers Submitted sitemap and used IndexNow to push updates Verified Bingbot access in server logs; pages return 200 for crawls Performed content quality audit and improved thin or duplicate pages Site is indexed and receiving impressions on Google Please review whether a manual action, domain canonicalization issue, or quality filter is suppressing serving for this domain. I can provide server logs, sitemap, example URLs, and screenshots on request. Thank you for your assistance, Marian35Views0likes0CommentsBing Webmaster Content Removal Tool not working; Raising support ticket also does not work
I have pages that were deleted by the website owner that contained personal information, yet the removed personal information still appears in Bing search results. I tried to remove them using the content removal tool, but it claims: "The URL you submitted still works on the web and isn’t a broken link. You can only request an outdated cache removal for this page. Please enter a word that appears in the cached version of the page but no longer appears on the web page." When I enter any word that appears in the cached version, including unique personal information, I get the message: "The entered text does not appear in the Bing cached version of the page. Please enter a word that appears in the cached version of the page but no longer appears on the web page." When you click on the offending Bing search result, it redirects to the website's home page, but the page showing in the personal information is gone. I tried raising a support ticket, but whenever I go to submit the "Create support ticket" does absolutely nothing. How can I get these outdated search results that contain my personal data off of Bing?277Views0likes0CommentsSafe search cannot be disabled in the UK
I am in the UK. I am an adult, logged in using an account which is well over 18 years old, in fact it's closer to 25. Every month, I pay you for 365, using a UK credit card in the name of the account, and the account is registered with many utility providers. I am demonstrably over 18. So why can't I disable safe search? - When I try to change the dropdown on the page, it flips back. - When I go to the settings, the option is disabled, Even using a VPN doesn't disable it. That is, unless I sign out. If I sign out: - Then from a UK IP, I cannot disable safe search. - From any other country, there is no problem. It is blatantly obvious this is a UK block. That's fine, if you give adults an override. So how do I override it? How do I verify my age? And clearly this isn't legally necessary because no other search engine does it. So if you can't treat me like an adult without ridiculous workarounds, I'll search elsewhere. Thanks.2.7KViews5likes7Commentscannot remove master chief halo theme

AllEvents is an event discovery and ticketing platform, We are seeking to enhance the visibility of our event pages on Bing. Specifically, we would like to know if there are any guidelines or technical recommendations, such as the implementation of event schema markup, that could help improve our search rankings on Bing. We are particularly interested in understanding the best practices for optimizing our event listings to ensure they are more discoverable by users searching for events on Bing. Additionally, we would like to explore whether Bing offers any partnership programs that would allow us to apply directly and become part of the event module partnership with Microsoft Bing. Any detailed insights, resources, or examples of successful implementations on these topics would be greatly appreciated.83Views0likes0CommentsSearch bar voice input now opens copilot on edge for android
Hey all, I'm running Edge 119.0.2151.65 on Android 13 (One UI 5.1, Samsung Galaxy s23). The problem is edge will open copilot if I click the microphone voice input button on the new tab start page or the URL/search bar in any tab. The result is co-pilot opens and starts listening to whatever I say even if I close copilot. It's a horrible user experience. Copilot is not fast enough to perform quick lookups and searches for things that I regularly use a search engine for. It's a less efficient at performing quick searches and looking up websites or definitions. It's frustrating because I regularly use voice input to search seamlessly. I switched to edge on all of my devices a few months ago, and I've been really loving it, but this is such a glaring oversight that I think I'm going to switch back to Chrome for now.1.1KViews1like1CommentIncorrectly indexed pages
Hello! Our pages descriptions are displayed with what looks like wrong encoding in organic search results. like this: This error seem to be across the board across different page types but yet completely random. I checked Bing's webmaster tool and discovered pages in question are indexed incorrectly The pages use standard UTF-8 charset so I am at loss what could be causing this issue. Has anybody had the same issue and how did you solve it? What else should I check on my site? Thank you.212Views0likes1CommentEdge and Bing Search - zsdch encoding: Why is it being used?
Seems Edge has been including zsdch in the accept-encoding header (from searching, as far back as 112). Couldn't find any documentation on this encoding type, only sdch which is considered defunct. We started having issues with Bing search starting around the end of June 2023, and with assistance from our Firewall vendor we identified this content-encoding as unsupported on the Firewall and blocked as evasion (default) by the AntiVirus scan. So, is this experimental, or new normal? user-agent:Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/114.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/114.0.1823.79 accept-encoding:gzip, deflate, br, zsdch accept-language:en-US,en;q=0.9,fr;q=0.8,mt;q=0.7Solved6.9KViews0likes12CommentsBing Search Input Text Box Overlays Text to the Nav Links
Hello everyone, I've been experiencing this problem on Bing Search where when I type something on the input text box, it overlays the text on the navigation links just below the text box. I'm on Edge and it's updated so I don't know what's up. Any person experiencing this issue and know how to resolve it? I'll attach a screenshot. Here's a https://i.imgur.com/zDcsNmD.mp4 just to demo this issue. Thanks.637Views0likes0Comments
