On OneDrive Android app, login through Microsoft 365 work / corporate profile fails and always ends up with either blank screen or "No Internet connection" error 2604. Here's the details: Device & Environment: Device: OnePlus 8 Pro (IN2023) OS Version: OxygenOS 13.1 (build IN2023_13.1.0.591(EX01)) Android System WebView Version: 142.0.7444.102 App Affected: OneDrive (latest version from Google Play, 26th Nov 2025) Network: Wi-Fi / Cellular (both tested) VPN/ Private DNS / AdBlockers: Disabled Problem Description: Attempting to log in to OneDrive using a corporate/work Microsoft 365 account: The login screen either shows a blank white screen or fails immediately with Error 2604: “No network”, despite internet connectivity being functional. Logging in with the same credentials in Chrome works, confirming network is not the issue. Issue persists after clearing app data, reinstalling OneDrive, updating Chrome, updating Android System WebView, and ensuring all app permissions and background data settings are correct. Steps to Reproduce: Start with OnePlus 8 Pro (IN2023) running OxygenOS 13.1 Ensure Android System WebView is version 142.0.7444.102 Install latest OneDrive app from Google Play Open OneDrive and attempt to log in with corporate/work Microsoft 365 credentials Observe blank screen or error 2604 Expected Behavior: OneDrive should allow login with corporate Microsoft 365 account Embedded WebView authentication should complete successfully Account token should be saved for ongoing use Additional Notes: Problem appears specific to embedded WebView login on this OS/device combination Likely a systemic issue affecting Microsoft 365 apps relying on WebView for login flows on OxygenOS 13.1 Logging in to a personal outlook.com microsoft account works normally. Hence, it seems to be tied to the WebView failure. Is there any fix to this?95Views0likes1CommentOneDrive / Android automated camera roll back up without sync
Hello I am unsure if this is a Microsoft or Android issue so apologies if this isn't the place. I wish to have my Android (s21) camera roll automatically back up to OneDrive but without the two syncing together. If I wish to delete a photo from my phone I do not want this to delete from OneDrive but currently they do and I cannot find a solution to just have the camera roll back up without the sync in place. Is anyone able to produce a dummies guide to achieving this as I am not grasping other instructions I have found online. Many thanks for any assistance.349Views0likes2CommentsOneDrive business account can't be removed from OneDrive for Android
Hi, I'm using a private Outlook account on my Android phone. In the past, I added my work account in the OneDrive app for Android. I need to remove this account, but... 1) The OneDrive app only has an option 'Sign out', not an option to remove the account. 2) Excel and Word for Android also show the work account under 'settings', with a red cross. The work account can be removed there, but whenever I choose 'reset Office', the work account returns automatically. 3) The Android Settings have an Accounts option, removing the OneDrive-work-account there also doesn't help, OneDrive still shows the account. I've tried endlessly removing and reinstalling apps, nothing works. Somehow it seems there's a link between the accounts which is restored on each and every occasion. I've seen similar questions, like the one below, but as far as the questions have a solution, it doesn't work in my case. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/onedrive-for-business/removing-an-account-from-onedrive-for-android/m-p/792926 Any clues? Odd bug on my Android client app: When I add a new account to Onedrive, I have the option to use a Sharepoint URL. In the textbox I type in: https://mydomaincom.sharepoint.com/sites/mydomain which is the correct link to get to the website for my sharepoint site. However, the blue arrow "submit" button does not work. No variations on this URL seem to work (removing https://, not including the file folder, http). Any thoughts? I am assuming it's a bug. Will this allow me to get access to my sharepoint file library on OneDrive for Android? That's the primary thing I'm trying to get done. I am utilizing the Sharepoint app for now, but as I only use Sharepoint for shared file storage it seems overkill.3.4KViews1like3CommentsImpossible to get support for OneDrive for Android
Dear Microsoft OneDrive Team It seems impossible to get reactive hands on support for OneDrive for Android App. You cannot open a support ticket via the support web pages specificially for the Android App as there is no category. The "report a problem" feature in the Android app is not helpful as no one can contact you and you cannot leave contact data You cannot upload Videos or Screenshots other than the one automatically taken but this does not show the issue. How can we solve this?Solved1.9KViews0likes3CommentsOneDrive-for-Business-links not accessible via web browser on Android - "MobileUpsellWrapper"-Error
We're experiencing the following problem: When sharing a link to a folder on OneDrive for Business, people who try to open this link in a web browser on mobile phones get displayed the attatched error message for a few seconds and after that a blank white screen. As far as we could find out, this error does not occur when sharing and opening links/folders from normal OneDrive-Accounts. This only seems to be the case with OneDrive for Business. Has anyone had the same issue or/and an idea how to solve this?Solved4KViews0likes6CommentsWhat am I beta testing in OneCloud for Android?
In the Google Play store, I signed up for the OneCloud Beta program, and downloaded the latest beta release. Now I have no idea what to "do" with it. What exactly am I testing? What areas/features should be targeted to help Microsoft Engineers? I can't find any release notes. PS: I am hoping "use it as normal until something functions awry" (based on supposition?) isn't the answer. That's not to be snarky. I fully understand functional testing so I really want to help. Thank you.1.3KViews0likes1CommentOndrive app for Android
We are establishing a solution for a customer that uses Modern Team Sites for projects. In the drawing sections they need access to their drawings (converted to PDF) using their mobile devices. On the mobile devices they get access to the pdf files using the Onedrive App (its a mix between Android and iOS, but mostly Andoid). Locating the correct project using "sites" in the Ondrive app, they can read the pdf files. On iOS devices its possible to edit to PDF file (annotate/using the camera etc.). BUT on Android devices it's only possible to view/read the PDF file. The strange part is that this functionality seemed to work on Android devices, 4-5 weeks ago. IMPORTANT! When the pdf file i stored directly in Onedrive the edit option is available for both iOS and Android devices. This only occurs on Android devices when the pdf files are located within a SharePoint document library (Modern Team Site) Can anyone help us out :) - we really, really need to this functionality on Android devices as well. Is this functionality coming back to Android devices ? Why was it removed ? etc. ?1.5KViews0likes0Comments
