AI Skill Fest Voucher Issue
Hello support I got a voucher from AI Skill fest, I redeemed the voucher before August 18, but I need to reschedule the exam but I get this error The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was discounted with a voucher and the voucher has restrictions (********995E). The new appointment does not satisfy the following restriction: The voucher is Expired and can no longer be used. I am rescheduling in the allowed window as well which is before October 18, can you help me? PearsonVue support had really no idea they sent me with email address removed for privacy reasons and they say they "Voucher store only sells vouchers and there are not sold by us." like I said exam is scheduled but I need to take it some days before thins month but I am not able to do it thanks a lot
