AI Skill Fest Voucher Issue

Hello support

I got a voucher from AI Skill fest, I redeemed the voucher before August 18, but I need to reschedule the exam but I get this error

The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was discounted with a voucher and the voucher has restrictions (********995E). The new appointment does not satisfy the following restriction: The voucher is Expired and can no longer be used.

I am rescheduling in the allowed window as well which is before October 18, can you help me? PearsonVue support had really no idea they sent me with

email address removed for privacy reasons and they say they "Voucher store only sells vouchers and there are not sold by us."

like I said exam is scheduled but I need to take it some days before thins month but I am not able to do it

thanks a lot

This sounds like a voucher validation issue rather than an issue with the exam eligibility window.

Since the exam was already scheduled using the voucher before the voucher expired, and you're trying to reschedule it within the original allowed exam period, Pearson VUE should be able to confirm whether the voucher can be transferred to the new appointment.

I would recommend contacting Microsoft Credentials Support and providing:

    The voucher redemption date

    Your original exam appointment date

The new date you're trying to schedule

    The exact error message

The voucher/order reference (without posting the full voucher code publicly)

Ask them specifically to verify whether the voucher should remain valid for rescheduling an existing appointment after the voucher's nominal expiration date.

Pearson VUE may handle the appointment itself, but Microsoft should be able to clarify the voucher's restrictions and correct the entitlement if it is being incorrectly rejected.
