Sales Copilot in Dynamics CRM / Sales not available anymore.
Hi, I want to test the new sales copilot integration dynamics CRM. I could activate this on the Sales Hub MDA and all works well. Since 2 weeks, the sales copilot didn't start anymore and I get no errors. I have asked our IT if there anything blocked. No answer. Who knows about this activation, is something missing or not available? Our environment is in the Swiss cloud. Thank you, Nico
Copilot for Sales Adoption Tracking & Success KPIs
As my organization rolls out Copilot for Sales starting with a champions cohort first and then team by team across our sales organization, we're planning what and how to track our success. There are OOTB reports for M365 Copilot adoption and great reports for D365 Sales usage, but we're not seeing any unique reports for Copilot for Sales. Has anyone developed best practices or repeatable patterns that could be used for this? In addition to simple DAU and MAU, we're planning to track more general RevOps metrics like deal velocity, win rate, lead to opportunity conversion rate, and qualification speed.
Sales Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing
I work for an organisation of 2,000 employees, of which 500 are aligned to sales (in one way or another) If we Purchased 500 seats of https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ai/microsoft-sales-copilot, ($40 /user /month) and 1,500 seats of https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-365-ai ($30 /user /month) would Sales Copilot users also have the standard Copilot experience as well?? If not, whats going to be missing? (we're an SFDC house so won't move to Dynamics 365)
