I have a query which i hope someone can help me with. Here's the example: User A makes a teams call to User B who then transfers the call to User Cs mobile phone. Once the transfer is made User A can see User Cs mobile telephone number. In our case, we do not want User Cs mobile number to be visible to User A as we want to keep User Cs mobile number private. Transferring a call that was answered through the Teams iOS app (User 1) places the call on hold and never transfers the call to the recipient (User 2). The app on User 1's phone shows "Transferring to User 2", User 2 is put on hold, and the transfer never begins. After the failure, the call is unable to be disconnected and the app needs to be force closed. I created a ticket last week and was told by the MS support tech that there are no troubleshooting steps available and they closed the ticket. We have been using Teams for phone for over a year now and the transfer has always worked until about a week and a half ago. Nothing changed within the configuration and it is happening company-wide. Hello everyone. I was using Microsoft Teams on my cellphone when suddenly the app closed and once I opened it again it gave the option to transfer the call to "this" device (my cellphone which I was currently using) or to stay in the other device. The thing is, I was not using any other device. I do have MT registered on my PC but it was closed. Has this happened to any of you? All, We have Teams call queues set up. An external caller dials the queue. One of four people in the queue answers the call on their Yealink MP56 or T55 phone. They then transfer the external caller by choosing a named user in Teams from the phones interface for searching Teams users. When the Teams user receiving the call answers...about 50% of the time, that user, and the original caller, cannot hear each other. The call shows as connected, but there is 'dead air'. Found an interesting scenario that breaks your SBC MoH for call transfers. If you are using the Teams desktop client to answer calls, and you happen to put a call on hold and then resume it, you will then no longer receive re-invites from Teams when you press the Transfer or Consult then Transfer buttons for the rest of the call. This means your SBC has no idea that it is meant to start the local playback of its local MoH file for transfers. This will only happen if you put a call on hold and resume it before attempting transfers. If you attempt a transfer without using hold beforehand then there is no issue. It seems that Teams no longer sends re-invites for calls that are placed on hold and resumed in the desktop client, but then it forgets that it's meant to do it if you want to transfer the calls afterwards. Not and issue on the Poly CCX 400 desk phones that I tested with as they still send re-invites for call hold and resume. Has anyone else come across this and is there anyway to change the Teams behavior of no re-invites for Hold and Resume with the desktop clients? My bandwidth isn't good enough to always use my laptop for both audio and video. I usually join/start a meeting from my computer. If the audio is lousy, it seems I have two options: (1) I can transfer audio and video to my phone or (2) use audio from my computer and video from my phone. I want to use audio from my iphone and video from my computer. I tried to join from my phone instead, and though it offered me the option to just use audio and transfer video to my computer, it then put me on hold. How can I automatically use video from my computer and audio from my phone? Hi everyone, Our Teams are now configured with Direct Routing function and is connected with another PBX through SBC. We set a ring group in another PBX, including that PBX's extension and a dummy extension which will call Teams client simultaneously. We have confirmed that PBX extension and Teams Client can call each other normally. Now if there is an incoming call to this ring group, Teams client can answer this call. But when tried transferring the call, it seems that I can only transfer to an internal teams user. Is it possible to transfer call to a specified number from Teams client?
