The OneDrive on my laptop isn't allowing me to upload any files as it is saying I don't have any storage available, but when I open OneDrive on the browser, it shows more than sufficient storage as I pay the subscription fee. Is there any reason as to why this is happening? I have contacted Microsoft support, which have been no help at all, giving solutions to problems which is not the issue I'm experiencing. The Microsoft support page is no help at all and trying to raise a support ticket is more or less impossible as the website keeps blocking the request. Now bear in mind i have went again and paid the subscription fee now for a second time to see if this fixed the problem, and no luck, took the money and no difference. I have uninstalled OneDrive from my laptop, I have reset the onedrive, i have tried all imaginable tasks, with no help from Microsoft Support. Does anyone have any solutions to this? Also, would anyone know how to get in contact to get the refund for the duplicate subscription fee?156Views3likes1CommentManaging Preferences and Notifications

I was renewing my Microsoft Action Pack by clicking on the renew button, which I've been doing for a couple of years. This time, it seems that during the process, Microsoft introduced the Partner Launch, which was tricky because I was sure I clicked on the renew button under Microsoft Action Pack. This led me to subscribe to the Partner Launch instead. After contacting Microsoft Support, they said that I can't switch my subscription or get a refund since I've already redeemed a benefit. If that happened on purpose, I understand. But as a lifelong loyal Microsoft customer and partner, I can't stand the idea that I was tricked (in one way or another).200Views0likes0CommentsBasic subscription 100 TB?
Hello, I was looking at the Onedrive subscriptions on the website and noticed that when clicking on the 'get more storage space' button, located at the top right and bottom left of the page, the Basic subscription says to offer 100 TB, whereas when clicking on the 'manage storage' button, then clicking on 'subscriptions and upgrades' at the left, the Basic subscription says to offer 100 GB. I assume the last one is correct as 100 TB seems too good to be true for 2 euros per month 😅. I wanted to report this as a problem with the 'Report a problem' button, but I get to a blank page.243Views0likes0Commentssubscription missed from listing
Hi, I met a problem when I wanted to list subscriptions I created. I created and updated some subscriptions and I can get details about those subscription using https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/subscriptions/{id}, (those subscriptions are valid). However when I tried to list all my subscriptions using https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/subscriptions, I cannot find some subscriptions from list values. Can anyone tell me what cause this issue? Some details about this problem: I can get subscription details when I input subscription id but when I list subscriptions, there is only one in value and is not what I want1.2KViews0likes5CommentsQuestions about Deparments and Accounts (patterns) for Azure Enrollments
Hi guys, while thinking about which "Department/Account" Setup methodology is the best for our organization, there appear some questions from my site. As you know, there are three common patterns for Azure Enrollments (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/architecture/cloud-adoption/appendix/azure-scaffold#departments-and-accounts). In additional to these 3 options (functional, business unit, geographic) there is one more way like this: Enterprise -> Accounts -> Subscriptions This is an away, without creating a Department before. My questions are: Questions to deparment: What are the advantage of building a pattern with Deparments? I mean, why should I create it Departments, when a direct connections between (Enterprise and Accounts) is possible? What disatvantage has a pattern like Enterprise -> Accounts -> Subscriptions (without deparments)? Due to the reason, that deparments are not deletable (only set to inactive) and one department name, which was in use, isn't usable anymore for new active deparment I tought that we could set the Name of the deparment like this: "Department 1", "Department 2", "Department 3" etc. The knowledge which department is which deparment in our organization we would do this information in two place: 1) in cost center of the deparment 2) in our internal documentation. Question here: Is there any reason or any restriction to information, if we would do it described above? Questions to Subscription: Is in a EA offer possible, to move one or more Subscription from one Deparment A to department B ? If yes, with or without downtime? Questions to Accounts: Is it possible to assign mutiple Account to one Department? Is it possible to move one Account assigned to Department A to Department B with all their Subscriptions? If yes, with or without downtime? Please let me know if you need some more informations. Thank you for your reply in advance.1.3KViews0likes1CommentCreating a Data-Driven Subscription
In SQL Report Builder I am trying to build a Data-Driven Subscription for a report. When I go into the Report and go Manage > Subscriptions, I do not have an option for a New Data-Driven Subscription. Is this a separate option I have to add to SQL? Thanks!Solved1.3KViews0likes2CommentsBlob Storage aggregation across domain / subscriptions to reduce cost --- possible
Block Blob storage has pricing tiers based on TB stored. You receive a discount for each level you achieve. These tiers exist for all Storage Account Type i.e. Blob, General Purpose v1 and v2. I wanted to know if there is a mechanism to "link" tenant domains and or Azure subscriptions to aggregate the total amount of data stored in blob cool such that I could achieve the lower cost spend tiers more quickly. Trying to think of ways to save money. Thank you1.1KViews0likes0Comments
