Update SIP Address - Lync Server 2013 - SFB Online Hybrid
How can we update the SIP address for users in a Lync Server 2013 / Skype for Business hybrid scenario? When I go to the Lync Server 2013 control panel and look up the user, I cannot edit the SIP Address. What is the supported method for updating the SIP address? PowerShell? ADSI edit? If so, which field or fields need to be updated?
Skype for Business online Call queue issue - Busy on Busy
Hi, Is Busy on Busy option is available in Skype for Business online? In Skype for Business online call queue what I observe is if any member/agent is on call; it will still ring his/her number when there is a new call in the queue. I am wondering whether anyone having this issue? Thanks Fakrul
Call Quality Dashboard showing internal Microsoft EndPoint and IP Addresses
I am trying to use the Call Quality Dashboard to identify locations and users with poor quality. I create a new detailed report with First and Second Address, Subnet, and Endpoint. Over half of the traffic is not my network. Based on a call with Microsoft Office 365 support, it is internal Microsoft machines and IP addresses. Is this to be expected? It seems like Microsoft servers should be passing through the actual machines names and IP addresses of users so we can identify users and locations with poor Skype quality.
