Call Quality Dashboard showing internal Microsoft EndPoint and IP Addresses
I am trying to use the Call Quality Dashboard to identify locations and users with poor quality. I create a new detailed report with First and Second Address, Subnet, and Endpoint. Over half of the traffic is not my network. Based on a call with Microsoft Office 365 support, it is internal Microsoft machines and IP addresses. Is this to be expected? It seems like Microsoft servers should be passing through the actual machines names and IP addresses of users so we can identify users and locations with poor Skype quality.

Have you uploaded subnet info to CQD?

Yes. Thanks!

Microsoft
If you upload the subnet info as Alexander has described, CQD should help you identify streams from your subnets from those happening outside your network.
One other thing to understand is the first and second concepts used in CQD. Every time a user joins a conference call, the first subnet is for the Microsoft server hosting the meeting and the second subnet is for the client. More information about first/second can be found here. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Dimensions-and-measures-available-in-Call-Quality-Dashboard-for-Microsoft-Teams-and-Skype-for-Business-Online-e97aeeee-9e43-416f-b433-9cdd63d8874b

Thanks! It sounds like it is functioning as designed.
