Microsoft Dynamics Prompts, ability to customize?
Exploring into the prompt options within Outlook and Dynamics CRM. The default options used to show in the Draft Email/Outlook area in the pic below. Now they do not show at all, is Microsoft working on this or is this a bug? Also, are you able to customize the text to change the wording better suited to the teams at a company? Hi, I am new to the Sales Copilot AI setup. I have been watching videos and have seen that contacts can be added to the CRM system fairly easily. Can you also make someone a lead from Outlook, through Sales Copilot, to the CRM system with a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise License? Also, can you create opportunities the same way or is it a simple you can add leads/contacts to opps and edit opps kinda thing? I'm trying to establish whether our Sales Managers can use Conversation Intelligence Sales Insights System Monitoringhttps://ui-gbr.sales.ai.dynamics.com/to monitor integrated performance of staff Teams Meetings and not just Teams Calls. Can this be achieved through Sales Co-pilot or any other feature?
Unable to connect Viva Sales with Salesforce
I'm getting the below error while trying to connect Viva Sales with my Salesforce sandboxes (both, production and developer): { "errorcode": 4258, "message": null, "details": "No such host is known.", "sessionId": "99cd1408-5646-45fa-b71b-dbd2b523a5ee", "activityId": "5ebbf204-82ae-47a6-9983-fa054e6c38ec" } I've tried creating and connecting a new/ trial account, enabled the APIs, removed any IP restrictions but none of it seems to work. The same is working when I'm trying to connect it with my Dynamics sandbox.
Viva Sales Teams meeting summary not working
Good morning all, I've got Viva Sales working great for adding contacts into Dynamics but the Teams meeting summary integration seems to be missing for me. I can add the tab to a Teams Meeting but when I try to activate it, I get the following error: Can’t create a meeting summary Summaries are created when meetings are recorded and transcribed. Ask your admin to turn on transcription for Teams meetings. Teams meeting recording and transcription is working fine, but no luck with Viva Sales. I also noticed that themsdyn_vivaPower Platform environment has not been created so I suspect that there was an issue with the initial setup. Appreciate any help. Good afternoon, in some Microsoft demos I have heard that the intelligent summaries of teams can be modified the language, is that so? How could I do it? I would like to change it from English to Spanish. On the other hand, I have also heard that you can modify the keywords so that those that adapt to your business are detected, can it be? How would it be done? Thanks!!
