Unable to connect Viva Sales with Salesforce
I'm getting the below error while trying to connect Viva Sales with my Salesforce sandboxes (both, production and developer): { "errorcode": 4258, "message": null, "details": "No such host is known.", "sessionId": "99cd1408-5646-45fa-b71b-dbd2b523a5ee", "activityId": "5ebbf204-82ae-47a6-9983-fa054e6c38ec" } I've tried creating and connecting a new/ trial account, enabled the APIs, removed any IP restrictions but none of it seems to work. The same is working when I'm trying to connect it with my Dynamics sandbox.
Viva Sales Outlook Add-In prevents sending meeting invitations.
Viva Sales Outlook Add-In prevents sending meeting invitations since the upgrade to outlook Outlook 16.74.1 on macOS 13.4 (22F66) (Apple M2 platform). After hitting the send-button the error message attached below appears. Also, the following info message appears shortly. Problem does not occur when sending emails. As a temporary workaround we have now removed the add-in via the admin portal and after approx. 20 hours all users were able to send meeting invitations again. Has anyone experienced the same issue or can provide any input?
Microsoft Dynamics Prompts, ability to customize?
Exploring into the prompt options within Outlook and Dynamics CRM. The default options used to show in the Draft Email/Outlook area in the pic below. Now they do not show at all, is Microsoft working on this or is this a bug? Also, are you able to customize the text to change the wording better suited to the teams at a company? The CRM default options look like this:
Copilot for Sales required field error on custom object
I am getting the following error when trying to create a custom object record in copilot for sales. There’s a new required field in this form, and your Copilot for Sales admin will have to update the settings to match before you can save this here. Send these error details to your admin, and ask them to match the required fields in Copilot for Sales to the ones in [Dynamics 365/Salesforce], then try again. The two required fields are already added. The only other field required is the contact field and that is greyed out in the teams settings. There is a Key Sales Info Card in Copilot For Sales on connecting to Salesforce CRM it fetches Opportunity, account and contact info in it . I need to display a custom object which is linked to contact and it's associated account in the key sales info . Is there any Process or do we have any workaround to build it in a separate card. Refere the image below
