Microsoft Tech Community messaging broken
Long, long time user, first time poster in this discussion... I used to be able to receive and send direct messages. I currently have 8 unread messages. *Eight.* But, when I go to read them, the page has no content, and it just spins and spins, and nothing comes up. Now, it's been barely working for a while- but why *have* the feature if it is clearly abandoned? Is messaging ever going to work again? How do I download the messages I have gotten that have info in them I can use?Remaining issues with new techcommunity.microsoft.com experience
Hi all, Much appreciate the new experience and improvements like tagging, mentioning bugs fixed, much better notifications. Will keep it brief: loading personal message takes very long time or eventually load eternally Click on threads in notifications will no longer load the actual item (reply, mention) Can no longer see posting stats in my user rofile (important for MVP contributions)
Correct the highlighted errors and try again
Hello, This is pushing me to the edges. Whenever I send private messages I got below errors. I don't even know what it means, and no idea on how to fix it. I am using Google Chrome on Mac (if that is useful information). I tried to send test message that contains only text to myself, no URLs, no attachment, no spelling errors, no special characters, still got this error. And the most exciting thing about this: if I click the send button more than twice, I will be locked out of sending any private messages at all for at least one hour. Can anyone help?????
LinkedIn's Communications API Integration
I need help with integrating LinkedIn's Communications API in my application. To give a brief overview, the app offers an omni-channel solution which requires us to create an inbox channel that receives messages from LinkedIn as well as allows the user to reply to the conversation straight from our application. How can I integrate the API in my application? Do I need to join the LinkedIn's Partnership Program for this? If so, then how?Unexpected Error when navigating the Microsoft Tech Community
All, We are aware of higher than normal instances of unexpected errors this morning. This does not appear to impacting all users but users who are impacted may see a black bar asking you to report it to our team and quote a reference number. Users who experience this error may also encounter missing page elements i.e. no boards or blogs listed on corresponding pages. Update: This issue is not affecting all users, if you get an unexpected error then try again either from a different browser or device, even opening the page using the InPrivate mode can result in not getting this error. We are investigating this as a matter of urgency and will post updates here. Resolved:10:00am GMT - The issue that caused this spike has now been resolved. Please remember unexpected errors can happen for a variety of reasons and so if you continue to receive them it does not mean this issue has resurfaced.
