Correct the highlighted errors and try again
Hello,
This is pushing me to the edges.
Whenever I send private messages I got below errors. I don't even know what it means, and no idea on how to fix it.
I am using Google Chrome on Mac (if that is useful information).
I tried to send test message that contains only text to myself, no URLs, no attachment, no spelling errors, no special characters, still got this error.
And the most exciting thing about this: if I click the send button more than twice, I will be locked out of sending any private messages at all for at least one hour.
Can anyone help?????
- The most common reason this occurs is because your either using a browser extension like Microsoft Editor or Grammarly that is trying to highlight spelling or grammar issues as you compose your message.
It does this by inserting HTML styling into the post and that HTML is not allowed in MTC so it gets stripped out.

Hi rachel
First, check in your profile settings: find this space below, you must have Private Messaging enabled 🙂
- rachelIron ContributorIt is definitely enabled, because I did succeed in sending a PM once or twice.
