We are managing a CSP‑managed tenant that uses Dynamics 365 embedded licenses (for example, Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise embedded, Dynamics 365 Customer Service embedded, or other service‑provisioned Dynamics entitlements). In this tenant: Legacy CSP subscriptions exist for the Dynamics 365 embedded licenses Equivalent NCE subscriptions are ordered (or will be ordered) with equal or greater capacity Migration tooling is not available for these embedded Dynamics SKUs In Microsoft 365 Admin Center, these licenses: Are not user‑assignable Do not show a Legacy vs NCE distinction Based on Microsoft Partner Center and NCE documentation, it appears that Dynamics 365 embedded licenses are service‑provisioned, and that entitlement is governed by the subscription lifecycle, not by user‑level license assignment. We are trying to confirm the following for Dynamics 365 embedded licenses: No reassignment in Microsoft 365 Admin Center is required when transitioning from Legacy CSP to NCE, as long as sufficient NCE capacity exists. Entitlement will automatically continue or transition at legacy expiration or renewal based on the subscription lifecycle. Partner Center (and CSP billing systems) are the authoritative source for Legacy vs NCE status, rather than the customer Admin Center UI. Is there is an official Microsoft document that explicitly confirms this behavior for embedded licenses? Microsoft Support has unfortunately not been helpful in this process. Dear community, Hope you are doing great. We are a Distributor (ex. Indirect Provider) and we recently discovered a change in terms of Pricing in Partner Center, and more specifically when it comes to Azure Plan Pricelists download. Usually, we were able to download the respective Azure Plan pricelist as a Category under the NCE option. However, what we see now is an option in Beta which redirects us to the Azure Portal. Could you please be so kind to help us identify how will we be able to download the CSV Azure Plan Pricelists as we were doing couple months ago? Thank you so much in advance for your assistance! NickSolvedRenewal for a discontinued product
Dear community, We are a Distributor (ex. Indirect Provider) and we are having few customers with renewals on discontinued products. In detail, one of these products is POWERPLATFORM - Power Apps per app plan (SKU: CFQ7TTC0LHQM:0001), where the partners have autorenew enabled. So we want to be 100% sure that these partners that are having autorenew enabled will be able to renew their subscription without issues. Thank you in advance! Hello, I don't have full answer in the artice https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/data-platform-restricted-entities . 1. I need to clarify if a Power Apps Premium licensed user can create, edit and close opportunities. -> Sales tables (Lead,Opportunity, Quote...) are not listed 2. Also would it be possible for a Power Pages Authenticated (internal User) to close a case. -> It says about "Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio licensed" but Power Page is not listed. Any help is welcomed :) Kind regards,Solved242Views0likes3CommentsLicensing guide query for Business performance planning (FP&A/xP&A)
Team, I can see that an Ops-Activity license has ‘restricted Access/Inputs’ for the new BPP process. How can I find out exactly what the difference is between what an Ops/Activity license can do and what a Finance license can do in terms of ‘Restricted Access/Inputs’.216Views0likes1CommentSQL Server Multiplexing Client Access License (CAL) requirements

If a customer has already ordered regular licenses through Enterprise Agreement, but decided to go with CSP and use B2C promo, is it possible to order B2C through CSP? Or the requirement for customer is to not have any D365 licenses on their tenant? One of the requirement in the B2C FAQ is - customer must not have previously purchased the same online product via legacy CSP or NCE. It doesn't mention anything about EA.215Views0likes3Comments
