Dear community, We are an Indirect Provider in CSP, currently having a "Legacy Gold Benefits" membership status expiring on early April 2024. Following few Inspire 2023 sessions around the extension of Legacy benefits, we would like to ask you if there are any official announcement that we will be able to renew our Legacy Gold benefits for at least one more year, prior switching to Specialization. It is really critical strategic decison for us and we must have a concrete view on this. Kindly let me know if more details required from my end to help you reply our query. Hello! Just looking for some final clarification regarding the ability (or lack thereof) to link an individual's Learn Profile to a reseller tenant. In one instance, instructions say you must have a certification first, and another says you must either pass an exam or have a certification. However, the issue we are having is that someone with a badge (but not certifications) is getting an "account not recognized" error when putting in his Learn profile email when he's attempting to link in Partner Center. Is that account not recognized error the one he should expect if his badges do not meet the prerequisites for being able to link to his corporate partner center? Thanks!
