Auto SharePoint New Digest not happening in my tenant
This feature, supposedly, should have been working for a year or so but there is no evidence of it. The only place I see new articles is on the SharePoint home page. No changes have been made via PowerShell. I need to understand what is/isn't happening and test/verify it all. I don't know where to start. Any suggestions?
Auto-news digest - When is this mail sent? - Set your own time?
Hi, I have a small question about the auto-news digest function. The Microsoft website states this is sent once a week. Is there a set time when this is done? Is it possible to set your own time for this? For example, would it be possible to send a mail every Saturday morning at 10 am informing all our employees of the latest news posts that were made during the week?News digest TO field...
We created a process for users in order to get a subscription list for their sites. Since there isn't an OOTB way for people to get notified with updates from their sites, we created a Form and used Flow to create an opt-in list in the site. The problem is you can't copy-paste multiple email addresses/names into the 'to' field of a news digest. If a user's subscription list is small, it is not that big of a problem, but we have some groups with hundreds of 'members' and having to copy/paste individual email addresses/names is a little ridiculous. Does anyone have a work around or know of a way to add multiple people at once in the "to" field of a news digest?
