Auto-news digest - When is this mail sent? - Set your own time?

Hi, I have a small question about the auto-news digest function. The Microsoft website states this is sent once a week. Is there a set time when this is done? Is it possible to set your own time for this? For example, would it be possible to send a mail every Saturday morning at 10 am informing all our employees of the latest news posts that were made during the week?
