News digest TO field...
We created a process for users in order to get a subscription list for their sites. Since there isn't an OOTB way for people to get notified with updates from their sites, we created a Form and used Flow to create an opt-in list in the site. The problem is you can't copy-paste multiple email addresses/names into the 'to' field of a news digest. If a user's subscription list is small, it is not that big of a problem, but we have some groups with hundreds of 'members' and having to copy/paste individual email addresses/names is a little ridiculous. Does anyone have a work around or know of a way to add multiple people at once in the "to" field of a news digest?

You could use a distribution list in the "To" field.
Building on your opt-in list you can manage the distribution list using Flow. In the image below I put a trigger on my "opt-in" list, get the user ID's and add users to the distribution group.
