Microsoft Teams Rooms
21 TopicsMicrosoft Teams Rooms in a Coworking/Shared Office
One customer is a Coworking/Shared Office company. This company uses Office 365 and let's say they are hosted at@coworking.com. At this Office there are 50+ other small individual startups, all hosting their own stuff and most of them run Office 365 as well but with their own domain, for example@startupX.com, @startupY.com and so on. None of these companies are related to eachother. The Coworking company has 20 conference rooms and want to offer premium Skype/Teams experience in all these rooms. Any recommendations how you would do this setup? Would it be as simple as getting a certified MTR systems for each room, let@Cowokring.com get 20*Microsoft Room SKU licenses and then sharing Office 365 Room's availability and set ProcessExternalMeetingMessages to $true (link)?2KViews1like1CommentAudio and Video Freezes for DGJ to Zoom
I'm encountering a problem on MTRoW devices running latest Teams App and supported Windows version where audio and video feed would freeze intermittently for a period of 2 to 3 minutes when DGJ to Zoom. Initially I thought it might be an issue at the device or network level however after further investigation and test calls between Teams to Teams user/Teams Room, this problem only occur for Zoom meetings. I had not experience this prior to the update, did the update break Zoom web RTC for DGJ? If anyone can shed some light on this matter would be much appreciated! As far as I know, this hasn't been flagged as an known issue on Microsoft docs.2.3KViews1like3CommentsUnable to Auto Login on Microsoft Teams Room devices ?
Experts, We recently joined our Microsoft teams rooms device to Azure AD and upgraded OS from Win10 1903 to Win 10 20H2 (automatic updates). We are not pushing any policies on this device either through SCCM or Intune but after Azure AD joined and system upgrade when the device is rebooted it did not auto login with default Skype user account, its getting stuck on login screen and waiting for user to hit enter. This is big issue now as end users need to hit enter manually to get teams rooms app launch. I tried to set AutoLogon registry also (which it was not present earlier) but still no luck AutoAdminLogon = 1 (REG_DWORD) DefaultDomainName = blank (REG_String) DefaultUserName = Skype (REG_String) Has anyone experienced this before ? Please advice. Regards, Suraj14KViews1like7CommentsRunning 4 or more video meetings concurrently in channels
I am teaching English on line to a group of 10 students. While it is "easy" enough to break them into say 3 video sub meeting groups from the main channel - that I can monitor. I understand that I (as monitor/host/teacher) of main group cannot be "on hold" for more than 3 or 4? of these groups at same time. I realized that I can set up several more "groups" - let say I want to separate them into 5 pairs. I want to be sure I understand how to do this correctly. Am I right that I will need to hang up completely from some of conversations in order to keep that many going at a time? And, if I do that, will I then be able to find again and rejoin conversations I've hung up on?1.3KViews1like0Comments
