Logitech Tap Scheduler

Hi,

We're currently unable to log in to our Logi Schedulers with the attached error.

We've previously been able to log in to these without having to do anything in Intune. Our config allows Azure device registration from Android devices.

Are there any current issues that's affecting this or is there a fix? Logging in with MTR account with Team Room Pro licence.

Thanks!

  • Spudgun My guess would be that a Conditional Access policy has been set that requires enrolled devices, and is apply to these devices unintentionally. Have a look in the Sign-In logs for the room accounts in AzureAD.

      Thanks Steven.
      This was solved by changing the "Android device administrator" "personally owned" setting (to allow) in Enroll device platform restrictions in Intune settings.

        Spungun's solution worked. I just wanted to add more details.

        As of 4-17-24 here is the pathing to get to that menu.
        intune.microsoft.com -> Devices -> enrollment

        Under the heading "Android device administrator" there should be something called "Personal and corporate-owned devices with device administrator privileges". Click that. Check the box and hit ok.
