Hello fellow members, I am currently facing an issue with the Microsoft Partner Center's account verification process, and I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has encountered a similar problem or if there's a workaround that I might have missed. I have been trying to verify my account as guided by their official documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/verification-responses). Here are the steps I followed: I went to Account Settings and clicked on the Legal Info, then clicked on the "Fix now" button as instructed. The next step mentions "In Account Verification, from Select document type to upload, select the type of document you want to upload for verification". This is where the problem lies. After Step 1, the "Account Verification" tab or option simply doesn't appear for me. It feels as though the process just halts there. I tried to find a way around it, assuming maybe it's a browser issue or some temporary glitch, but multiple attempts yielded the same result. Through different browsers, different computers at different times. I also raised support tickets regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I haven't received any concrete responses yet. They only keep directing me back to the same steps that are unresponsive. And this has been over a month now and I kinda get stuck. Has anyone here faced a similar challenge or has any insights on how I can proceed with this? I appreciate all the help and suggestions I can get. Thanks in advance!11KViews2likes16CommentsPartner center will stop accepting new MV2 extensions from 11th July

We've been stuck at the "Employment Verification" stage in Microsoft Partner Center for what feels like forever. Despite countless attempts, multiple support tickets, and submitting every possible document, we're still not verified. We've meticulously rechecked every entry—domains, names, contacts, phone numbers—tried different combinations, and still, nothing. Even setting up our account was a struggle. It took multiple days. Using a desktop was not possible at all, we had to use a mobile phone. We encountered countless bugs, had to delete, unlink, and recreate our Partner Center account multiple times. We've been paying customers for years and have generally had great experiences with other Microsoft Support channels. Often, our support tickets were resolved within minutes! But now, with Microsoft Partner Center, it feels like an entirely different game. Even the Admin Center support team mentioned that the process is "more complicated." We've been waiting for weeks, only to receive generic, unhelpful responses to issues that shouldn't even be problematic—they should be handled automatically. Why this process is so difficult? We have scheduled appointments and no one from Microsoft shows up. Other times we get calls from MS agents just to help us open another ticket. We have already received two emails claiming that our account is verified, only to find out that it is not. At some point it just gets ridiculous. I see that we are not the only ones. We've read all the sad stories from others in the same situation. Does anyone have any more tips left that might help us finally get verified? We are on the verge of simply giving up.3.8KViews9likes26CommentsExtensions Badging on the Edge Add-Ons Store
Extensions have been contributing to making browsing on edge a delightful experience for users. The Edge addons store catalogue has grown to close to 11,000 add-ons and as we continue to grow, we want to evolve and be ready for scale. This means there is more hustle and competition for extensions discoverability in the marketplace. Thus, making sure we provide the best experience to both our users and developers becomes critical for us. Towards that end, we intend to ensure users can trust the extensions they are downloading on edge and we as a marketplace, surface high quality extensions to help them achieve this. We are planning to introduce extensions badging on EAS which will encourage developers to build extensions, keeping our best practices in mind. Leading to edge extension users getting the ease to differentiate and discover these quality extensions on EAS. The Edge Addons Store is starting its experiment with extensions badges soon. And we want to iteratively build this alongside our dev community. Edge is starting with a small-scale experiment and will begin to engage with the developer community to talk through the criterion and help them get acquainted with the badging process on EAS. Please look out for more details on the extensions badging experiment from Edge! What are our principles? User Centric Objective evaluation criterion Watch out this space for more information on Badging extensions on EAS. You may also refer to our https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/extensions-chromium/#the-featured-badge for further details. PS – Badging in this case refers to visual labels, which will be shown on the extensions’ product description pages and other pages on the EAS, once they are granted to a particular extension.3.8KViews3likes0CommentsMicrosoft Partner Agreement (“MPA”) and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (“CSP”) notice of suspensi
We just got this email from Microsoft: Microsoft Partner Agreement (“MPA”) and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (“CSP”) notice of suspension and termination proceedings This is regarding your company’s Microsoft CSP account with tenant ID XXXX The problem is that behind this ID is our Azure subscription with all our services and data. There is no option to reply to the email to understand what happened. We are a small company from the US working on SAAS products. We have CSP agreements from 2018 that are renewed each year. I checked what could be wrong and went through all: The account seems ok and is verified Security in Entra ID is ok; security defaults are enabled We tried to ask for support, but the issue is unclear. They mention: In the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement, both Microsoft and our partners reserve the right to walk away from the partner relationship by providing 30 days' notice to the other. Neither party is required to offer an explanation for the decision to terminate the partner agreement. As Microsoft is exercising its rights under this section 4.b of the Microsoft AI Cloud Program Agreement, we are unable to share an explanation or further details. Can anyone help here?RE: CDX Throws “Unauthorized”
Greetings all, I’ve been trying to sign into CDX Platform over my phone so I can get started with demos and understand better how these programs work. In the morning, I created a tenant for the Microsoft Endpoint Protection with Windows Defender, from a Cloud PC that I was using. Nonetheless, this evening I get thrown with this error when I try signing in: Nonetheless, when I check if I still have my partnership at the Partner Portal, I see it’s still there. Could anyone tell me what’s going on and how to go about this error?3.1KViews0likes12CommentsIssues with Account Verification and Revoked Partner Status
Hello everyone, Since July 30th, I have been struggling to resolve an issue with account verification in Microsoft Partner Center and to restore my partner status. Here's a summary of the problem: In April, I successfully completed the verification process by submitting all the required documents to confirm my domain ownership. The documents met all the criteria, including the 12-month validity requirement. On July 30th, my developer status was revoked without any explanation. I have requested clarification several times, but each time I only received requests to resubmit the same documents I had already provided. I resubmitted the documents on August 8th, but I still haven't received any constructive response, just automated messages. Recently, I received a message saying that several attempts to verify my information were unsuccessful, and the process was closed. This could result in my relationship with Microsoft being terminated within 30 days. My team has spent a year learning the Graph API and developing our Outlook application, and now it seems we won’t be able to publish it due to unclear verification issues. Could someone please advise if there is a way to expedite the resolution of this problem? I have submitted all the required documents and met the necessary criteria, yet I continue to face rejections. Here are my support ticket numbers for reference: 2404250040003907 2409030040003632 2408210040001904 2409060040005012 I would greatly appreciate any help or advice on how to proceed. Thank you!Solved2.3KViews4likes25CommentsA 2022 LookBook - Microsoft Edge Add-Ons
