Insights from Copilot have stopped working for us
We're all licensed (verified) with M365 Copilot, and for about the last week, one of our workhorse intake forms has stopped working with regards to the "Insights from Copilot" feature. When we attempt to refresh the insights, it presents the message, "Your form has XX responses. Copilot is analyzing the data to provide insights.", then spins for about 30 seconds, and then presents the error, "The insights haven't been generated successfully. Please try again." We're syncing responses to an Excel workbook, and that seems fine, but after about a week these "insights" just started failing in this fashion. We've done basic troubleshooting like trying InPrivate browsing, cache clearing, and since we are only at about 100 responses for this particular small form we're not hitting any limits. Regardless, it's wedged stuck in this state. I reported it via the M365 Admin portal and received the usual "No issues found" reply. 🙄 Anyone else seeing this problem? Does anyone actually use this feature? 😜
Get email notification of each response to a specific mailbox
We use Business O365 and I have created a number of different forms for field staff relating to projects that we are working on. Ideally I would like notifications of some forms to go to a different mailbox to allow that team to action it. How do I add a different (shared) mailbox to receive these notifications without my account being removed as a collaborator?

Delete file upload question form an internal form
Hi all, I have a form which is for our organisation. I have a question to allow file upload. This works. However there is a second question for file upload. How can I delete this? When I click into it there are no options to delete or edit it. Very annoying. Ay assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Microsoft Forms API
Hello. I currently need to read the number of responses in MS Forms at least once a day. But I can't find the appropriate Graph API. The Power Automate trigger option is not suitable because there are 200 forms, and then a separate flow would have to be created for each one. I saw on the forum that Microsoft wrote about the release of such an API in the first half of this year. Has it been released? Uploading documents to quizzes
I used to be able to upload a document to my Microsoft Forms quizzes. Now the upload button area is greyed out. I have tried to uncheck document types and change file size to get it to be accessible to click to upload but nothing I have done has worked. I looked online and checked my settings and they were all correct. I use a work account and this function worked previously but not work please advise.How to update to the new solution for syncing forms responses to Excel
We are excited to announce that we have a new and improved solution for syncing your form responses to Excel, with better reliability and performance! Previously, some Forms supported an older version of live data synchronization with Excel. This older solution will be gradually discontinued and completely replaced by the new solution by October 20th, 2024.
Forms not loading while presenting PPT in Teams
I created a PowerPoint presentation and added a couple of polls by selecting the Forms tab in PPT. The polls appear correctly in the slides and the polling function works when not presenting live in Teams, but once I select Present in Teams, the polling slides only show blue boxes with no other content.
