Hi, For convenience and design considerations, I would like to incorporate a Forms survey with 7 questions into an Outlook email. Is this a possibility? At a later date, I would like to improve the output and distribute it around my organisation. I am seeking for improved ways to disseminate user-friendly surveys. Right now, the only option I see is the poll tool, which only allows for one question or stars. Or a hyperlink, which people are less likely to use. Hi there, I have what seems like it should be a simple/common request, to only allow a small group of users in a tenant to create/manage Forms, but still enable all internal users to respond to Forms. - Looking at Microsoft's https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-forms/set-up-microsoft-forms#configure the only way this can be disabled for some users but not others is via the M365 Admin Center but would need to be done individually user-by-user, no good for hundeds of users as it could take several monotonous hours, but looking so far like my only workable option. - I've looked into a PowerShell solution to this but have been unable to achieve something that disables that property for all users except one group. - Another suggested option might be to create a conditional access policy in Azure AD / Entra Center, however this would restrict general users from responding to Forms content - the requirement is to only restrict the creation/management of Forms for most users. Please can anyone advise? Cheers, AlanSolved2.6KViews1like2CommentsCreating Folders or Collections for Forms in a Group
We are creating a ton of surveys and tests in Forms, and created a couple Groups to store these Forms, but need to organize these. Is there a way yet to create Collections in Groups? I've seen this question and feedback from a couple years ago from others, but has no progress been made for organizing Foms in Groups? If anyone has any ideas for organizing Forms in Groups, I'd love to hear some suggestions as well1.2KViews0likes6CommentsMS Forms - External Sharing
Hi, Can any one help? Is it possible to turn off external Sharing for specific groups in MS Forms? For example: I would like to keep it on for Staff but turn if off for students. At the moment I only seem to be able to turn if off for all users in the admin centre, could anyone tell me if this is possible? Many thanks KieranSolved1.2KViews0likes2Commentsforms not editable

Saludos Dear all, I need different users outside of the organization I belong to upload files, but it's not allowing this. Is there any functionality that permits this? If not, it's necessary to change this restriction as I imagine other users might have the same need. Best regards,722Views0likes1CommentOffice 365 People and groups in Forms
I was wondering is it possible to add question in a form to link to a persons or groups Office 365 ID. I have a form which sets up a tasks for a project and one question on the form which relates to the task owner. Currently I have a list of email addresses in a choice field which gets converted in the flow used to create the planner tasks as well as an "Other" option . This opens the door for spelling mistakes or for other issues where people have odd email addresses.721Views0likes1CommentPrevent Addition of Forms to Existing 365 Group
We have a couple of 365 groups that were recently created when we added a new appliance to our tenant. These groups have (and need to have) all user objects within them. However, I do not want our users to be able to move Forms to these 365 groups. I have not found a way to prevent this. Have any of you found a way to control which 365 groups can have Forms moved to them?532Views0likes2CommentsNew > Forms for Excel functionality
Dear all, I have realised the MS Forms for Excel functionality is present for both Teams and for new O365 groups creation (Teams automatically creates a group when a new team is created) only. Please can someone from Microsoft advise when this function will become available into a standard SharePoint online environment too? Thank you, Mark490Views1like0Comments
