Customizing Welcome message for new user.
Hi, Whenever I create a user from Microsoft 365 admin center, I have an option to email the user of the newly created account and login details which looks like this: But what I want is to customize this automated email with my company logo and information like tutorials and what the user could achieve with the apps provided and the subject of the email sent. Does anybody know how to do this?
DLP Exception for "Permission Controlled" Not Working (Microsoft Purview | RMS Template | Encrypt)
Hello, We are in the process of moving some of our mail-flow / transport rules over to Microsoft Purview. We don't want the DLP policy to apply when people click their "Encrypt" or "Do not Forward" buttons (RMS templates; OME encryption.) Putting "Permission Controlled" in the exceptions group should theoretically let the emails go through.The exception we have for when people put "Encrypt" in the subject line works (we have a mail-flow rule that encrypts those emails.) But actually clicking "Options" > "Set permissions on this item" > "Encrypt" doesn't remove the policy tip on an email draft, and people are unable to send the emails. Can someone verify that this rule is constructed properly? If so, we may have to reach out to Microsoft Support. Thank you so much for your time and help!Unable to access Office 365 admin account
Hi Team, I am the administrator of the domain of my organizationxyz0.onmicrosoft.com. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access it because I lost my phone, and I no longer have the Authenticator app. Additionally, I do not have a mobile number, or a recovery email associated with my account, making it challenging to regain access to my portal. On a positive note, I do have a personal account with the same email address, which I can access. I also remember the password for my business admin account. However, due to the loss of my mobile phone and the Authenticator app, I am unable to login as I don't have 2FA code. I urgently need your assistance because I need to migrate all my Rackspace emails to Microsoft. Please let me know what information or verification I require to confirm that I am the administrator of this account.. Thanks for your help.
iphone issues with 365 Admin App
Hi There, I am having search issues with the 365 Admin app. I can see a certaiin cached amount of people, but cannot search past that. If I scroll, it loads more people, and they they're searcheable. Thus, if a name starts with a Z, I'd never find it unless I scrolled through ALL of my users to the bottom... Any thoughts?Error on export group from the https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/#/groups
Hi , since e few month I can not export 0365 group any more from the admin portal , even if I selected just 1 group I got the error that I should select less that 10000 groups in the popup . Any idea why ? https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/#/groups
