Hi there, (If this thread should be posted in a different section, please let me know, it would be appreciated. ) When accessing Copilot in a mobile browser (Chrome in this case), then submitting a prompt, the chatbot types out the response while quickly scrolling down the page and once complete, it places the cursor/focus in the chat box which in turn triggers the keyboard... This is a minor inconvenience in that it's then necessary to click back on the screen above the chat box and scroll up to actually see and read the entire response (see attached gif). -> With that in mind, the feature request is to have the end user's focus jump back to the start of the response rather than immediately to the keyboard. (This clearly is geared towards the use of a smaller mobile device screen, as most laptop/desktop screens likely wouldn't encounter such an issue.) Hi everyone, Until a week ago, we were happy users of Copilot.Microsoft.com and Bing.com/chat for students at Higher Ed, with dataprotection. However, suddenly they can't login (our educators and admin can). So how can we solve that problem and have any other experienced similar?Copilot sidebar in Edge "unable to connect to the service"
Hello Everyone, We are having intermittent issues with the Copilot sidebar in Edge. It works sometimes, and other times we get an error that says "We're sorry but we're unable to connect to the service at this time." It has a refresh button which doesn't help. What's weird, is that we have Copilot licenses enabled for our users and going to https://bing.com/chatworks fine in all cases (and shows the user signed in and "protected" as expected). Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions to fix this issue? BrianCo-Pilot refusing to delete chat history and more.
I experienced this on a tablet and I went to my profile in Outlook. Error message says not all of my settings were successfully deleted. I then deleted them one by one. While they seem to be deleted, I exited Bing Co-Pilot and signed back in and they were still there. Even a day later. I replicated the issue on Microsoft Edge and Chrome on Desktop. It's quite obvious Bing wants to keep your chat history as long as possible and they don't respect your privacy. Aside from this, Co-Pilot is incredibly frustrating to use. It fails to follow directions, continues to lie and denies that it does. In rare cases, it acknowledges it did in fact lie. And of course, when you challenge it, it loves to cut you off.
