4 Topics"Read Only" Error for Existing Premium Board showing as converting to Prem
We have a 2 Planner Premium boards that continue to give an error message within the TEAMs channel as "This plan is being converted to premium. You can view it now, and come back later to edit it." It is saved as a shortcut at the top of the channel, this way message within the card can be posted. A few problems with the ERROR: The Board was converted to Premium months ago. It has remained in this status for days now, when we originally converted it took 5 mins. When searching, Planner now shows multiple versions of this board. Trying to determine if this is a glitch in the matrix or potentially a user issue. Since we can not validate the history on an entire board, thought is may be an output due to the many changes taking place in Prem. Please help! I've been trying to solve this issue for an age but just can't seem to. I set up several services and every so often they are duplicated, as in the image attached. I think this must have something to do with staff assigned. Sometimes it creates a new booking for the exact same time and randomly puts new customers onto it and it will assign a staff member who is within the booking page but not assigned within that service. Also, what is the difference between the two staff options: Assign any of your staff and assign all of your staff?? Photo One: Shows me as the staff member assigned but it is choosing Thomas as the staff for the event. it's happening on Edge stable Version 81.0.416.58 (Official build) (64-bit) my other installed channel is Version 84.0.488.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) this throttle creates duplicate favorites on all other Edge instances that are in sync almost instantly. but i have to wait 5-6 minutes (depending on the number of favorites) until sync gets back to the normal status and duplicates will then be removed on their own. can this be improved and sped up? i don't think every user knows to wait that long and might go on and modify their data while Edge is working in the background which could lead to lost favorites.
