Localization of App

As in this case I set fr-ca as a default language. NOTE: I am running this app locally
New channel experience breaks task module from 3rd party app
One of my test users just got switched to the "new channel experience" of teams. I tried my app and the task module that normally opens from a message extension is no longer opened by teams. Instead the UI of teams becomes unresponsive. I do not receive a call in the backend so it looks like the client has issues with opening task modules. I tried another 3rd party and the task module also doesn't show up. When I login as a user that got not switched to the new experience, the task module works just fine. So it is related to the new channel experience. Is there anything that needs to be updated in the apps for the new channel experience? This is pretty urgent. I am very much concerned about clients for which the app is broken now. FYI: I tried this in the web client of teams.[Bot Builder 4.0 SDK] Teams Task module not showing up HTML page
I am trying to load an HTML page using the task module, as suggested under https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/task-modules-and-cards/what-are-task-modules#task-module-samples When the user clicks an action button, the task module opens up but HTML is not getting loaded inside it.
