The creation of Copilot Agent is now enabled in SharePoint đ. Users holding M365 Copilot licenses will notice a new Copilot feature in the Suite Navigation bar, tailored to the site they are currently viewing. Additionally, they will find options to create Copilot agents from the 'New' menu on the homepage and within their document libraries. These features are accessible only to users with existing creation and editing rights on the site or document library. Moreover, they have the option to share a Copilot agent link with other users, who, if they possess a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, will be able to interact with it. #SharePoint #MicrosoftSharePoint #Microsoft365 #MPVbuzz #Copilot #AI8.6KViews9likes20CommentsHow to create Copilot Agents using the M365 Biz Chat

Writing is not an easy task, at least not for me. It simply demands time to challenge the complexity of our thought process. Whether youâre drafting a client proposal, refining a team announcement post, or just trying to get rid of the daily pile of emails, the words just don't always come out right the first time. That's where Rewrite with Copilot steps in. This feature, integrated across Microsoft 365 apps, acts like your personal editor â helping you sharpen your message, adjust tone, and even tailor your writing to your audience. Itâs not just about fixing grammar. Itâs about making your words work. There's a prompt for the most common challenges: Do your colleagues have no time to read a long message? Then select the option "Make it shorter". Or you tried hard, but your message still sounds complicated. Then go for "Simplify". Maybe you need to add more details, then use "Add more detail". Rewrite with Copilot is almost everywhere đŞ Youâll find âRewrite with Copilotâ in: Outlook: Auto-rewrites, make it shorter or longer, change the tone, and more. Teams: Rewrite or adjust the tone of the message. SharePoint: Edit your text web-part and select "Auto rewrite". Loop: Prompt to Copilot to change the tone, simplify, and make whatever text improvements needed to communicate purposefully in your Loop pages. Edge: Rewrite with Copilot either using the shortcut Alt. + I or selecting your text and clicking on the "Rewrite with Copilot" option of the context menu. Here note that Rewrite with Copilot in Edge is currently not available with your work account, only with personal accounts. That's not all, you can use the feature in MS Forms, Word, PowerPoint, Notepad for Windows, and more! Adoption Tips 1ď¸âŁ AI-generated content may be incorrect. Always verify what Copilot rewrites. 2ď¸âŁ Copilot evolves quickly. If your favorite Microsoft 365 app does not offer the feature yet, it may be different next month. So check regularly for feature updates. 3ď¸âŁ Asking Copilot to rewrite in a language that is not your mother tongue? Try to write sentences that are simple and clear, using straightforward vocabulary, so that the original text does not lead to confusion. Verify the given text with another source. Copy the text and prompt to Copilot: "Help me understand the meaning this text: <Copy your text>" Limitations Copilot might misinterpret your text if the content is ambiguous, grammatically flawed or lacks of context. There could be misunderstandings or inaccuracies for individuals working with "Rewrite" feature if one is working in a language that is not their first language. Rewrite with Copilot is easy to use, be aware that there are small differences from app to app. For example, in MS Teams you access the feature by click on a magic pen icon and not on a Copilot icon. Communication can be challenging. Words don't always align perfectly with our intentions, especially when time is limited. But the good news is, "Rewrite with Copilot" is a great way to support everyday writing processes. Stay curious and give it a try! ***** I write this post in collaboration with sohnashâ .234Views3likes0CommentsHow to join Frontier early access?
In the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2025/03/25/introducing-researcher-and-analyst-in-microsoft-365-copilot/ article, it states: Researcher and Analyst will start rolling out to customers with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license in April as part of a new âFrontierâ program that gives customers early access to new Copilot innovations while theyâre still in development. How can a company or individual enroll in the "Frontier" program?5.5KViews3likes5CommentsCopilot searching SharePoint inconsistent
I realize that using SharePoint search to search SharePoint works great, but noticed that many times I ask Copilot for information that I KNOW is in our SharePoint, the results are poor. As test, I searched for a simple last name of one of our team from SharePoint and got 80 or so results. When I asked Copilot to "give me a list of every file where xxxx is found", it came back with 6 results. Why the discrepancy and how do we go about making this more reliable?234Views3likes2CommentsCopilot license for creating AI Agents for SharePoint & Copilot Studio

I have been extremely disappointed with Copilot after a year plus of struggles. I want to create a company chat bot based on core documents. One for HR, one for company methods, etc. It seems CoPilot Studio is the only way -- it is arcane, complex, confusing -- i have "something" working but not at all effective. If someone has a streamlined approach to using CoPilot Studio, I am all about it, but I struggled for hours to get a mediocre bot. The value of O365 is the collection of thousands of documents. CoPilot seemingly has no access to them. Microsoft is adding small plus up features to excel and ppt, but the power of AI is to process large quantities of data and help a human make sense. This should be microsofts competitive differentiator, but it is totally absent. Am i missing something?308Views2likes4CommentsSharePoint doc library metadata columns
I'm adding a SharePoint site pages library as a knowledge source. The library has several metadata columns. There's a lot of "knowledge" stored in those columns I need Copilot to consider but it seems to ignore them completely. Is there a way to get Copilot to use the columns for information?594Views2likes5CommentsCopilot not creating new documents
Hi I'm hoping someone can help. My company has just invested in Copilot for my team on my request and some of the functions it purports to have don't seem to work. When I ask it to create new word documents from a template, it tells me it is generating the documents but never actually does. Similarly, when I ask it to copy information from a word document and paste it into a spreadsheet, it tells me it has done it but hasn't. Has anyone else experienced this or know a fix for it? If it can't actually do this and create one document based on another document then its usefulness to me is vastly reduced. Thanks4.7KViews2likes3Comments
