How to remove Copilot from showing up on web-based apps?
Hello, I predominantly use Outlook through the website via Chrome. I also use OneDrive, Excel, and Word through Chrome quite often. I had a tech person walk me through removing Copilot from my computer's apps - the actual programs - but it's still showing up on my website uses. I do not support AI, AI is absolute trash, and I want Copilot completely eliminated from everything I use. I am tired of having to close the Copilot 'summary' that automatically pops up at the top of all my emails. Is there an easy way to completely eliminate this, or am I doomed? Thank you!
Copilot Retrieval of Emails
Has anyone tried to retrieve a list of emails over a one-year span based on a particular subject? I was asked to prepare a timeline for a contract. I asked Copilot to locate and list the emails in an excel spreadsheet with columns for date, from, to, subject, one line summary and name of attachments if any. Copilot acknowledged there were 525 emails and populated a "sample" of 5. when I asked for a complete dataset of all 525 emails Copilot only came back with another 5-10 listings. I tried asking in multiple different ways and that's all I would get - and they were sometimes the same emails, sometimes different. Is there any expectation that Copilot should be able to handle the complete task?
Voice Input in Copilot 365.
Hello All, I have copilot 365 subception on my MS. E3 Apps. And I could not be able to give the prompt through voice input to copilot. I can find this feature in personal copilot but not in work 365. Are there any settings or policy need to be enable for this feature? Please help me on this. Thank you.
Copilot not loading in desktop Mac Excel
When trying to load the Copilot sidebar in the Mac desktop version of Microsoft Excel Version 16.91 (24111020), all I get is a loading animation (see screenshot). I've got a Microsoft 365 Subscription, and Copilot for Microsoft 365 license. Copilot works fine in Word. The document I'm working with is saved in a SharePoint team through my OneDrive app, and is formatted as a table.Such a disappointment
One of my team members recently left, and with a critical meeting coming up next week, I had to step into the role quickly. I thought MS Copilot could assist with updating Excel and PowerPoint, but it turned out to be a mistake. I asked Copilot to replace all instances of "2024" with "2025," but it replied that it couldn’t perform the task. Next, I requested it to analyze a pivot table to identify which rows were subtotals and apply the same formula to other columns in the sheet. Instead, it suggested irrelevant adjustments to unrelated columns. I expected these tasks to be straightforward for MS software, but Copilot struggled with them. Honestly, it feels less efficient than a simple "Ctrl+F" and "Replace All."
Copilot not creating new documents
Hi I'm hoping someone can help. My company has just invested in Copilot for my team on my request and some of the functions it purports to have don't seem to work. When I ask it to create new word documents from a template, it tells me it is generating the documents but never actually does. Similarly, when I ask it to copy information from a word document and paste it into a spreadsheet, it tells me it has done it but hasn't. Has anyone else experienced this or know a fix for it? If it can't actually do this and create one document based on another document then its usefulness to me is vastly reduced. ThanksCopilot use in Excel formulas
Hello, does anyone know when Microsoft plans to make it possible to use Copilot in Excel formulas, e.g. with the GPTforExcel tool? =copilot(summarize; A1) Would it be obvious to use it in-house? Or does anyone have a good walkaround e.g. with PowerPlatforms? Or do you have other solutions? Thank you

Copilot is not generating information from a simple Excel file. It's a consolidated excel sheet from Dynamics 365 Crm data having 29 columns and 6426 rows. Is there any cleanup or data transformation needs to be done before uploading to copilot or any guidelines available to use Copilot in Excel.
