Dear Community I have a technical question regarding user-reported emails. In Defender, under “Action and Submissions” -> “Submissions,” I can see the emails that users have reported under the “user reported” option. There, we have the option to analyze these emails and mark them as “no threats found,” “phishing,” or “spam.” The user is then informed. Question: Do these reported emails remain in the user's inbox when they report them? If not, do we have the option to return these reported emails to the user's inbox with the “No threats found” action? Because I don't see this option. In another tenant, under “Choose response Action,” I see “move or delete,” but the “inbox” option is grayed out. Why is that? Thank you very much! Please help Windows 11 keeps restarting after resetting (keep personal data)
Hi All, I got a Lenovo laptop, and an issue with preparing automatic repair looping, I have tried everything I can to fix without resetting it, however I had no other options but reset, so I went ahead to reset with option to keep personal data and reinstall Windows 11, it went fine and restarted but now it does not load up Windows, it keeps restarting. what I have done so far: I went to Command Promt, using diskpart to assign a letter to a particular drive FAT32 only 230MB type is System, so I hope this is the new Windows system. I am stuck and running out of ideas. any help/ direction would be hight appreciated. After replacing the CPU, the system frequently experiences PowerShell windows crashing instantly, accompanied by numerous PowerShell processes in Task Manager. This is suspected to be related to hardware upgrades or driver compatibility issues. Troubleshooting approaches and solutions are required.8Views0likes1CommentWindows Ink Issues
I am trying to figure out where to start troubleshooting. I installed a driver for a Huion Kamvas Pro pen monitor. This driver has an option to select whether or not to use Windows Ink at face value. When selected, I would like the cursor to disappear. In Windows settings under Bluetooth & Devices --> Pen and Windows Ink --> Additional Pen settings --> "Show Cursor" is disabled. PC rebooted. Huion driver selection is set to enable use of Windows Ink. I am able to verify in REGEDIT that HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Cursors --> Pen Visualization is set to 0x00 which should mean disable all cursor stuff when Windows Ink is selected if I am interpreting correctly. No matter what I try, the cursor will not disappear. I do notice however that when the "use Windows Ink" selection is checked within the Huion app environment, additional pen parameters (such as smoothing) appear to be applied. I have a feeling I am in back and forth territory. Is there a way to definitively check if the issue is rooted in Windows or 3rd party app?12Views0likes1CommentCan I fresh windows 11 install without losing data
Hi all, I heard a lot of possible feedback about Windows 11 and want to upgrade my Windows 10 PC and laptops to Windows 11. Currently, I don't know how to do that. The PC has a decent set of hardware, including Intel 12 Gen CPU, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, and1T SSD. How can fresh windows 11 install without losing data that without losing data? I heard clean installing from USB drive will delete all user data, apps and system settings. I won't do that as I want to keep my personal files.Solved22KViews0likes12CommentsWindows 11 CPU Compatibility - Intel Core i7-6700HQ
Hello, I have an older laptop running Windows 10 but with decent specs (good for gaming at the original purchase time). I just saw the annoucement on Windows 10 End of Life/End of Support I ran the PC Health Check which shows my system is NOT compatible due to the CPU not being supported - Intel Core i7-6700HQ. However all other specs meet the criteria (see at bottom, along with full specs). I checked the official website to see if my CPU is compatible. It is not on the list. However, I also checked some community posts which pointed me to this list, which says my CPU IS compabilite. Will Microsoft be working on making further CPU's officially compatible? I'm not very confident in my computer/Windows ability if something goes wrong during the upgrade. What's the difference with the official Microsoft list, and the "allthings.how" list? How are contributors making the decision that the CPU will work, if it's not on the official Microsoft list? I am having issues with Windows 11. I am on Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5063878) (26100.4946) I am using Webex Contact centre, I have tried in different browsers. My notifications are on. My Do Not Disturb is off. When I receive a call I click the notification that appears bottom right however it does not bring Contact Centre to the forefront rather it flashes red/orange and I have to manually click it. I can see Microsoft raised this - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/outlook-desktop-alert-notifications-open-behind-other-applications-b42ae862-f9ac-4831-b6f8-3312c985a4ac Now they said the issue is resolved but it is not. It seems they focused only on outlook. From doing some research, its not just cisco webex contact centre thats impacted but other apps. The issue happens on my work laptop and my personal. Has anyone else found this issue? Has anyone found any workarounds?183Views1like3Comments
