Microsoft Teams: Muting All The Participants Without Allowing Them To Unmute
Dear All, Is there any option in Microsoft Teams to mute all the participants without allowing them to unmute back? I mean, Is there is any option for the speaker to mute all the students, and then unmute them back when I want them to speak? Thanks again!Solved408KViews4likes48Comments
Disable Microphone Auto Adjustment
My microphone is a USB Blue Spark. The mic itself has gain controls, and in Windows (10), it needs to be set to 50% or less, otherwise it starts to clip like crazy (50% is essentially baseline, below reduces volume artificially, above artificially increases it). Teams 'helpfully' automatically adjusts my volume. To 100%. Blowing my mic out, and making it utterly unusable. As far as I can tell, there is no way to disable this in the UI. Again, I'm on Windows 10 Pro, and I've disabled applications taking exclusive control in the microphone settings. This setting honestly does not seem to do anything at all in Windows 10, but that's a different story. First, Teams absolutely needs the ability to disable auto-adjustment. It's utterly basic functionality which is necessary for anybody with a real mic. But, in the meantime, is there any way I can disable auto-adjustment via a registry change? image not visible in chat
Hi, When I try to send an image in the chat from my clipboard it doesnt always load into the chat. In the attachment you can see what I mean. In some instances it wont even load into my input chat field. If I save the image instead of copying the end result stays the same I cant see the image. I want to enable the @mention feature to mention the entire team, similar to the @all mention in Planner. The help video in Teams called "Productive Conversations" says this is possible if the admin has enabled it - about 0:50 into the video. However, I cannot find it in any of the admin settings, nor is it https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Administrator-settings-for-Microsoft-Teams-3966a3f5-7e0f-4ea9-a402-41888f455ba2.
