Hi Community, The preview cam in meetings is not visible (no error) on all our Teams Rooms, but only for the one using them. it looks the following for us in our conferenceroom. To the one we are inviting we are perfectly visible, as you can see within the next picture: Even the preview section of the devices Teams-settings look fine and show the picture we need to see: Tried some troubleshooting without success: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/camera-greyed-out-in-teams-call/d636e53b-54b3-4a82-9eac-eb5365dfb02a#:~:text=The%20camera%20is%20greyed%20means,Settings%3EPrivacy%3ECamera). https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/why-cant-i-see-myself-during-video-call-in-teams/edf18a3f-f0af-4d21-aa96-fbfe7f842ee9?page=1 But both of those threads seem to work on other issues even if the questions look like our problem. The second thing is that most of the settings mentioned in those answers are not even accessible from our teams room. Thank you for answering in advance.2.6KViews0likes3CommentsBlack Camera HP machine beta version
Hello Windows Insider Team, I am running the beta version now and my camera is now all black screen. We tried running all troubleshooting steps, especially reinstalling camera drivers but it is not working. Please help with possible resolution as we are planning to go back to the normal version of Windows 11. The attached photos are included here too. I've seen variations of this post that are a year and two years old. It happened to me last year. It looks like this problem is back. My device: Windows Surface Pro 5 Windows 10 build 19044.1645 MS Teams 1.5.00.9163 What I experience in MS Teams: front camera doesn't work; rear camera does. Camera works in all other apps (Skype, Zoom, Meet, and Webex). What I verified: 1. Camera access allowed for Apps 2. MS Teams access allowed I can't figure out the next step to resolve this. Ideas? Thanks, Caleb2KViews0likes1Comment
