Front Camera Doesn't Work MS Teams

I've seen variations of this post that are a year and two years old. It happened to me last year. It looks like this problem is back.

 

My device:
Windows Surface Pro 5
Windows 10 build 19044.1645
MS Teams 1.5.00.9163

What I experience in MS Teams: front camera doesn't work; rear camera does.
Camera works in all other apps (Skype, Zoom, Meet, and Webex).

What I verified:
1. Camera access allowed for Apps
2. MS Teams access allowed

I can't figure out the next step to resolve this.

Ideas?

    Hello,

    When was the last time that drivers for the camera has been updated? Sometimes going back to one version back helps to solve this problem.
    Also, sometimes some other application is locking access to the camera and Teams can't access it.
