Camera freezes in Teams
Hi, I've had around 6/7 users contact me regarding their camera freezing when doing a video call on Teams. During the ringing stage the camera works fine but as soon as the person they are ringing joins, the user's camera then freezes. You can hear them fine but the camera is just frozen. The person's camera they have called works fine though and doesn't freeze. I have tried uninstalling the in built camera & driver on the laptop & then re-installing, this has worked on a few occasions but then the users report it has frozen again. I have also tried uninstalling Teams & re-installing but this hasn't resolved the issue either. I've checked for any driver updates relating to the camera but it's all up to date. I'm not too sure what is causing the issue as it's not happening to every user, only a handful. They are all using the same laptop make & model - HP Elitebook 840 G3. Does anyone have any other ideas to try and fix this issue?

User unable to view other participants' video from cameras in meeting.
When in a call or meeting, one of our users is unable to see anybody's video from their camera. It just shows a black screen. People in the call / meeting are able to see this user's video, as well as everybody else's. I've tried reinstalling teams on the device (A laptop) with no joy, I've also tried looking for driver updates but device manager says they're up to date. This issue started occuring about 2 weeks ago, it had always worked as normal before and I'm not aware of anything that could have triggered this. Any ideas on how to fix this?

New BUG? After upgrading to 1.3.00.30866 camera not working
Hi all more and more ppl in our company reported problem with their laptop integrated camera .. The problem is that the camera is no longer working and they can not share their video ... I had no problems with version 1.3.00.28779 so decided to upgrade to the latest version - 1.3.00.30866 Once upgraded my camera also stopped working .. black screen .. then I deleted the cache and installed an older version - 1.3.00.13565 .. YES camera works again .. then just to be sure .. yet again I have clicked check for update .. After the upgrade to 1.3.00.30866 same problem .. black screen .. camera not working .. green led next to the camera also not glowing .. I guess the camera is not started at all .. note he also have no problem with camera with SfB, zoom or webex ... any ideas ?

Issues with Microsoft Teams video
Hi, Since a couple of days I'm having issues with my microsoft teams video. When I logon to a meeting, people can see my video. But at some point, the video does not come through any more (even though I still see my video in my MS-teams). Not sure why this is happening. I tried to change privacy settings, but in the 'Choose which apps can access your camera’ MS-teams is not there. Note that in MS teams the settings for the camera are correct. Does anyone know a solution for this problem? Best regards

Video in Teams causes Surface Pro to overheat
Hi, My Surface Pro has been getting really, really hot during video calls in Teams. Today it got so hot that it caused a shutdown. Why is the camera so systems intensive? Can you please add a setting to allow reduced video load? It seems crazy that a Microsoft product would run so poorly on a Microsoft device.

My 30 Minutes with Teams - a User Experience!
Hi Teams, I'm just new to MS Teams and beside of a little annoying registration process I bought a new camera to be a bit more up to date. Ya, that was my plan but I were astonished very quickly about the result. My 10 Years old 1.3 MP Logitech 500 is way faster (no stuttering frames) with a still good picture as my new Aukey PCLM1e. With the Aukey I get only 5-10 Frames per second in MS Teams and (...that hurts a bit) from scratch 30 Frames in "Your" Skype and any other Communication Tool like Zoom etc. - why? And what I noticed: No any Options for Cameras Settings which is a Topic in this Forum since months as I saw! What If I had bought a bunch of cameras for my Team before testing!? So, I were just 30 Minutes inside MS Teams and my first intention is: Leave it! Lifetime are lost, 50 Bucks are gone! Thanks MS
