Hi Tech Community, I'm relatively new to PWA and creating reports in Power BI I have created a couple of custom reports with Power BI, using the OData source and I'm now looking to build a report based on Timesheet data and monthly activity for different resources. I'm just wondering if any Power BI templates have already been made available for this purpose? I downloaded and installed the Project Web App Power BI reporting extension but that didn't seem to include any Timesheet Specific ones. I note that there are a bunch of Tables in the OData specifically pertaining to the Time Sheets, so Iām currently investigating that š one challenge is that my PWA environment is in French and so all my table names are in French and differ greatly in nomenclature to the English references sited in the forums. Thanks in advance for any insight and comments,Solved7.2KViews0likes2CommentsGetting started with Roadmap and Azure Boards

I am using the Power Bi Project Online Power Pack. I want to add the resource name to the Gantt 2.2.3 visual and a table visual I created.I understand that there is a many to one relationship between the assignments table and the task table and they could be related by Task ID. I cannot find a way to do it without some customization to the tables, but I might just be missing something, since I am new to Power BI. I am basically trying to create a table similar to the MS Project Task Sheet view with the resource names. I tried a few things, but could not find anything that works, so I might just need a help with the the formula I am trying for the custom column I am creating on the Tasks table. I want to add Task resource names (from the assignments table) to a column in the tasks table. I tried using concatenatex with a filter, but cannot find a syntax that will work. I tried many different versions of the formula and could not get it to work. I also tried adding calculate, but that did not work either. Here is one of the formulas I tried. TaskTeam = CONCATENATEX(Assignments, Assignments[Resource Name], ", "), FILTER(Tasks[Task ID] = Assignments[Task ID]) Thanks, MarkSolved1.5KViews0likes1CommentTime Sheets - PWA - Custom Enterprise column not displaying
Hello, I'm hoping someone can help, I have set up a custom text field with data that I want to use and display in the Time Sheet view of PWA for a selection of users as I need to be able to report on data in this custom field and lookup table for a specific project. Although everything seems to be fine with the created Colum and corresponding look up table, I cannot get the field to display for a selection of users, even though it is present in my Ms Project professional desktop app (as an entreprise field) and in the enterprise data of PWA When in PWA views, I can customise the view and select the custom Colum to be displayed in time sheet data, but it will only show up for a bunch of users and not all users, I'm guessing there is something I need to modify in the User permissions, groups and categories and security temaplates, but amongst the plethora of PWA settings I cannot find the right one to display the said custom field and look up table for all users after quite a lot of searching. Any help or insights would be very much apricated. Best regards, LisaSolved1.2KViews0likes1CommentRoadmaps tables missing after installing Project for the Web in a new environment
I've just installed Microsoft Project Service core and the Project Management Office Accelerator to a new environment. This appeared to be successful (apart from a known error with one of the flows in the Accelerator), and I and was in the process of setting up a PowerBI dashboard from the template when I encountered a "key didn't match any rows in the table" error, affecting all the Roadmap tables: Checking the tables in the environment, I find no tables matching msdyn_roadmap, while they are present in the default environment. I find 24 tables matching msdyn_project in both environments. Have I missed a step, or is there something else going on? I do notice that there are two entries for Microsoft Project Service Core under Resources > Dynamics 365 apps in Power Platform Admin Center (I didn't notice this when carrying out the initial install). Going into Details for each of these, I can't see any difference: Thanks, RobSolved993Views0likes2CommentsMS Project Online Desktop Client - Showing Work for Each Resource per Task

Hello everyone I have a strange question for you users: I have many projects in Microsoft Project. Everyone of them is a Gantt Diagram updated daily. Then I have a main project, where everyone of the others is linked in, so in the main project you see the Gantt Diagram of the progress of the others projects. Ok, then, every project (also the main one) has a dashboard (project overview), where you can have a graphic visuali of the progresses. I basically have to show all of these dashboards to my boss every week. They are a lot of projects and I need to show him all of them. Is there a way to get these dashboards automatically? In every format that is readable? thank you, sorry for my English, I hope I explained myself918Views0likes3CommentsIs possible to Share resource hours & Availability between multiple PWA
