Hi! We work allot in O365 and specially in Teams. I really lack some kind of option to setup an invite for personal meetings with clients. I know i have the options to send them a mail/meeting in Outlook and hope they approve of that time. But when i have 30 clients and i want to say to them all that i am availble on these 30 timeslots, first one to pick gets the time they want. How can i setup this in O365? I have looked at Bookings, cant figure out if this is possible. I have looked in sharepoint to build some kind of public solution but it seems i can not find a way to only let one person book one timeslot. I have looked at Forms, but again it is the same problem... multiple clients can select the same timeslot. So now i do not know how to find a solution. I can always venture outside of O365 and look at services like Doodle. But id like to keep to O365 if possible. This is a problem for me but i am also investigating this for hundres of colleges in my company that also want this. A simple solution to send out 30 timeslots and let clients pick one and then that one gets marked as "taken". Any ideas of how i can do this?18KViews0likes6CommentsMicrosoft Bookings - How to make adjustable timeslots?

SO, super confused on this. We have M365 E5 License (primarily), Office365 Business Premium, and Office 365 Business Essentials licenses in our tenant. I am trying to get the Bookings app to be available to our M365 E5 users, but can't seem to get it to work. I had a test user with O365 BP created and it works without having to do anything. I can even add the M365 users as admins to the Bookings site/calendar, but when I try to login to the bookings site online (https://outlook.office365.com/owa/?path=/bookings/calendar) with an M365 E5 user it says that I don't have access and that licenses have changed recently. So, a couple of questions/clarifications: What version of office is included with M365 E5? Is it O365 E5? O365 E3, O365 BP, something else? The reason being that Bookings states that it only works with BP, O365 E3, and E5 versions. How does this work/not-work across different MS/Office licenses? IE - why does it work with BP vs M365 E5? Do the organization level changes described here need to be applied to affect the M365 E5 users? https://support.office.com/en-us/article/get-access-to-microsoft-bookings-5382dc07-aaa5-45c9-8767-502333b214ce https://support.office.com/en-us/article/turn-microsoft-bookings-on-or-off-for-your-organization-c27537fa-525e-47a8-aadf-9b07ee75c227?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US Sorry, please ask for any clarifying information that I can provide. Note I am not an admin on this tenant and am relying on our Service Provider to do the above-referenced changes to our apps/settings/etc. and make sure everything is set up correctly. It is very difficult for me to sit back and take their word for it that everything was done correctly, so are there any ways I can verify any of the settings without admin access?15KViews2likes10CommentsBookings: Can we designate a unique URL for each specific "service" type?
Is it possible to designate a specific URL for each respective bookings' service? So, rather than someone going to the bookings page, scrolling through all the options and selecting their "service," we want to be able to copy and paste (and then send) the unique URL for the "service" we want the recipient to schedule themselves for. Can this be done? If not, can it be considered in the next release? Thank you.5.3KViews1like3CommentsAccess to Microsoft Bookings
I am attempting to access Microsoft Bookings for the first time, but I am constantly redirected to the Onboarding page (https://outlook.office.com/bookings/onboarding). I am an Admin for our organization and have enabled Bookings within Org Settings (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/bookings/turn-bookings-on-or-off?view=o365-worldwide). Within the Admin Center, I also assigned the Microsoft Bookings application to my user. The Bookings app is available within the top-left menu in Office 365, but it keeps redirecting me to the Onboarding page mentioned above. This page tells me to "Ask you Admin," which is myself. I'm wondering if this may be a provisioning issue and will sort itself out over time, or if there's a step I may be missing. The Org Settings and app assignment seem to be the only steps listed in order to enable access to Bookings.Solved4.6KViews0likes3CommentsPowershell Command to delete contacts in Microsoft Bookings.
We are using Microsoft Bookings to allow patients to book appointments at our medical facility. We are not interested in storing any of the information and want to purge it quickly. The 'contact' information that is stored is quite laborious to delete a single item at a time. Is there a powershell command that woudl accomplish the same task? we have multiple locations in Bookings that all need to be done.Solved3.5KViews0likes4CommentsHow to schedule private Teams meetings through Microsoft Bookings
Hello. I am scheduling one-on-one Teams meetings with staff members, and today I discovered that when I use the chat during a call with one staff members (it's just the two of us on the call at the time), then everyone else I've met with previously receives the chat in their Teams chat, even though they are not on the call. Consequently, two other staff members who were not on the call responded to our chat. How do I use a scheduler like Bookings to set up private Teams meetings with individual staff members? I don't want to meet with everyone all at once all the time, but I do want individual staff members to be able to schedule a meeting with me, have the meeting link in the calendar event, and be able to have a private meeting with me. Is this possible? Thanks for your advice!Solved3.4KViews0likes4Comments"We couldn't book that appointment. Please try again." Error Message
We are receiving this error message when bookings are made. The booking request is still sent to the staff calander and shows on our bookings page. The issue is that the customers will not be able to confirm that their booking has been completed successfully .2.4KViews0likes2Comments
