Bookings calendar

Can you disable autoscroll in calendar view? What a horrible feature. Every time the mouse cursor is near the top or bottom of the page, it auto-scrolls all the way up or all the way down. It seems to only happen when selecting a calendar item, and if you have "view-only" access to the calendar, you cannot click in the empty space of the calendar to unselect items because you cannot create new items, so auto-scroll is always active. What other Microsoft application has auto-scroll like this? If it can't be a toggled option, it should just be removed entirely.35KViews27likes45CommentsMultiple Appointments showing on Calander of same appointment
Hi There! I'm hoping the visual helps - All of the appointments that were scheduled over this last weekend doubled on our calendar. All of the appointment information is correct, it just seems to give us 2 listings. You can delete one listing and still have information, but why the doubling up?673Views3likes2CommentsLearn About New Scheduling Features

Hello, Is it possible to block a user from scheduling a timeslot on my bookings page based on email address? I am running into the scenario where a user continues to come back to my bookings page and books unnecessary appointments and cluttering my calendar. Thank you1.9KViews2likes0CommentsProblem with Bookings - calendars are gone from my profile, yet they're still active online
I am a teacher - I created multiple booking calendars for classes I teach, for the purpose of setting up meetings with students. When I last logged into Bookings, I tried to "Open" one of my calendars (to make some changes in the backend about my availability), however I was met with the message "We can't find any booking calendars". All of my booking calendars are gone. Nothing, but the calendar I most recently made is accessible in Bookings. However, oddly, my calendars still remain active online. So the problem is that I now don't have backend access to make changes to the calendar, I can't even delete them if I wanted too, but yet they remain live for students. Basically, I can no longer update the bookings pages I created. Any ideas on how to fix this? Here is the error message I receive: Even as I just open the search bar (without actually typing anything to search for), I get the "We can't find any booking calendars" message... Yet, here is an active link to the calendar, which I created: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/FINEINDG216@uofwaterloo.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/7.3KViews2likes5CommentsBookings is having issues--Need a response!
Many of our users are reporting booking calendar issues the last week. Some users only see deleted services. Others will not be able to assign services to a staff member. Also sometimes the application will hang when trying to schedule Time Off. If you close the browser and reopen, all the services are not checked and have to be checked each time plus select the staff to show on the calendars. The only way our branches have been able to use Bookings is within Teams - the web version is not stable. I use a shared bookingspage with 2 colleagues. All of us deliver the same 2 services: online IT support and face-to-face IT support. Windows 10 platform, browser Edge and Chrome. One of those 2 colleagues can not see any bookingappointments in the Bookingscalendar (even not her own). Fortunately, in her own Outlook calendar she can find those booked appointments. In her own online Bookings-Staff page she does! see here "Upcoming appointments". I myself do see all booking appointments, and so her booking appointments too. In the online calendar on the left site, under Calendar filters > Staff , she ticks the checkmark near her name. Anyone any idea what is going on here? Kind Regards.1.3KViews1like3CommentsRemoving an event from Desktop Outlook does not free the time in Bookings (even a day later)
If a user adds an event to their calendar in Desktop Outlook, as expected, that quickly (within a few seconds, maybe instantly) appears as unavailable in Bookings, so the calendars are syncing. However, if the same user removes an event from their calendar in Desktop Outlook, those changes don't seem to update and make that time available again in Bookings. This is happening with all our users including with my own calendar too, so very easy to quickly test this (assuming propagation should be near instant, as it is when adding events). Many of our users will block out time to reserve time for uncertain meetings (when working with outside parties who don't use Bookings or Calendly or any other option, it can take a few back-and-forths to lock in a time, during which users need to reserve all possible times). Then, they remove those reserves when the actual meeting time is set. Removing these should free up the time in Bookings, but it does not. Another case where this is a problem is if a meeting simply moves. If it was originally set from 2-3 and moves from 3-4, then the 2-3 slot should re-open, but in Bookings, it does not. The closest I could find to this was a similar post (I think it's the same issue, but hard to be sure): https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-bookings/meetings-deleted-in-outlook-calendar-still-showing-up-in/m-p/4048344 There were no responses to that question. Is it possible that everyone has this problem, but some users just don't care, or does removing events free the time in Bookings for other users? Once Bookings has a time listed as unavailable, it never becomes available again after that. What can we do? Thanks for any suggestions.792Views1like3CommentsAbility to force booking multiple Staff in a Service
In addition to allowing the customer to choose specific person vs no selection, there needs to be an option under Services to "force all staff" or "force selected staff" to be booked together for a Service. So the customer would only see appointment slots where 2+ Staff members, who were grouped under the Service, are all available. I.e. a "Required" checkbox next to their names in the service. This option is needed if an appointment requires more than 1 person. The booking would then go on all the Required Staff calendars. This functionality would make Bookings much more powerful allowing you to share whole groups availability with 3rd parties for scheduling big meetings without trying to coordinate across a dozen calendars. It would do what Calendly does, something sorely missing from Outlook 365 and desktop.1.2KViews1like0Comments
