I noticed a scaling issue on my phone (and other people's phones) when I tried to embed the Booking page into another web site via an i-Frame. I can also reproduce the same issue using Chrome on my desktop. Just switching to responsive more or using the Galaxy Fold 5 for instance cuts of the call type tile and the section to choose a time. Experimenting with the style, there are 2 things that need to be changed by the dev team: Change width to max-width in https://res.public.onecdn.static.microsoft/owamail/hashed-v1/scripts/owa.BookingsC2Boot.fbfb43ec.css .NnOP0 .BgxoD,.Nrxsv .L5pev { background-color: #fff; height: 136px; max-width: 338px; } Change width value to 100% or -webkit-fill-available .Qihpq { margin: 32px auto 16px; width: -webkit-fill-available; } Looks great for me afterwards. Now, that might not be complete. I have not checked if there is multiple tiles for call types. But either way, this should mitigate the issue I and, I am sure, others have - especially when embedding the widget into other pages.214Views3likes1CommentBookings used with a shared email account
I have an enterprise end user who is trying to integrate Microsoft Bookings (the app) to a group inbox so he can manage an appointment calendar across a group of people. When he tried this, Microsoft Bookings sought to automatically affiliate Bookings with his individual account. (I'm sure for authentication purposes.) Is it possible integrate/link the bookings app to a shared group inbox?22KViews0likes6CommentsUser interface update lagging when update booking calendar
We made changes to one of the booking Services. Once we made the changes, it took about 5 minutes for the updates to be reflected on the user interface. Here are the steps: Click "Services," select the service, and "Edit Service." Go to "Availability Options" and scroll to pass the "Availability" and "General availability" headings. Use the "Set different availability for a date range" to customize availability (see screenshot below) Select a date range and select "not bookable" under the dropdown menu. Click "Save Changes." Navigate to the booking link shared on the website and refresh the booking page. The update will appear in about 5 minutes. Please look into this and see if we can get a near real-time update. It puts extra time for staff to maintain the calendar correctly and a chance for booking conflict during these lagging updates.641Views0likes1CommentCannot set 15 minute booking slots
Hi all, Hoping someone can help as this is driving me mad. I want to set up my booking page so that only 15 minute appointments are available and so are available at 15 minute intervals, e.g. 1100, 1115, 1130. I have set up one service only, which is of 15 minutes duration, and my default scheduling policy is that the time increments are shown in increments of 15 minutes. It keeps showing available appointments at 30 minute intervals, i.e. 1100, 1130, even though though the service is 15 minutes. Can anyone help? I saw a suggestion here elsewhere about changing the service to 30 minutes and leaving the increments at 15 minutes but that hasn't worked for me. Thanks!6.7KViews1like7CommentsMS (Double) Booking
This may sound counterintuitive, but I am looking for a way to set up a Bookings Page where double bookings are possible. Setting the max number of attendees to more than one sort of works, but this does not create separate meeting links for each attendee. I used to go into the booking calendar via exchange and manually set the "Show as" status for meetings to "Free". This used to work really well and would allow the specific slot to be booked again. However, it doesn't seem to be working any longer. Does anyone have any ideas or creative workaround to achieve this?774Views0likes2CommentsCustomer not showing up in group booking after submission
Over the past week, we have had customers who booked an appointment with us, but we are not receiving notification of a new booking, and their information does not appear on the booking calendar. The customer is getting the confirmation and reminders; they also appear in the customers' list, but when we select the event on the calendar to view who is attending, they are not listed. It only affects some people who sign up. We also recently noticed that someone canceled, but we have not receivedthat notification. Again, it does not affect every customer who cancels, as we have received cancellations before and after this incident.280Views0likes0CommentsMake choosing staff mandatory
Hi. Is there any way I can make choosing staff mandatory? We are using Booking so that our staff can reserve a card needed to use a local gym. I've added Card 1 and Card 2 as staff so that my colleagues can reserve the card at the preferred time. Is there anyone out there who can help me? 🙂4.1KViews1like7CommentsSome staff with Scheduler role cannot view organization's booking calendar
I need two users to be able to view the Bookings calendar for the services they can access. When they visit this link, https://outlook.office365.com/bookings/calendar, it just takes them to their generic bookings page instead of the calendar. I cannot spot any differences in the users' access compared to those who are able to view the calendar. Everyone appears to be set up the same way but only 2 cannot view the calendar when visiting this link above. They have been set up with the "Scheduler" role.377Views0likes0Comments
