Surface Book Keyboard battery present BUT NOT ON USE
Hello, Recently I changed keyboard battery of my surface book with performance base model. After replacement the battery is present on screen and battery reports. But it shows all the time 93%. Also I realized the device only using tablet battery and after it finished it turn off. Guarentee already finished and I don`t have any microsoft store in my country. So I need to fix myself. How can I fix this issue ?
battery not charging when laptop in use
Hello. I'm using Windows 10 on an HP Laptop db-15. My battery will not charge while I'm using the laptop. The white light next to the adaptor input stays on while in use. That light usually tells me when it is fully charged. When I close the lid the battery then will charge and the light turns orange. It's as if the laptop thinks the battery is fully charged while it is draining it... I purchased a new adaptor which did not fix the issue. Then I purchased a new battery which also did not fix the issue... Any ideas?
Surface Book 2 Battery not working
Hi, the battery of my Surface Book 2 is no longer charging/working, so my Surface is basically dead. The PC is out of warranty, i would like to have tech support but i can't open a ticket from microsoft.com because the PC is not starting and i can't run the Diagnostic toolkit. I tried to call the number 0238591444 but can't get in touch with an operator. How can i get assistence? I am from Italy.
Battery on SP3 wont charge
The battery won't charge on my SP3. We lost the original charger, and have been using the dock we ordered with it, the machine won't charge. I have tried restarting the machine, windows updates, discharging the battery, trying a different charger (this charger lets the machine turn on, but the top right of the device gets real hot).
