Surface Book 2 Battery not working

Hi, the battery of my Surface Book 2 is no longer charging/working, so my Surface is basically dead.

The PC is out of warranty, i would like to have tech support but i can't open a ticket from microsoft.com because the PC is not starting and i can't run the Diagnostic toolkit.

I tried to call the number 0238591444 but can't get in touch with an operator.
