The lowest volume on AirPods Pro is still too loud
So, when I conference on my iPad/iPhone with my AirPods Pro, even I adjust the volume to the lowest, the sound is still too loud. Is there a plan of fixing it? Thanks!

Can't change Microsoft Teams Profile Picture (Receiving Error)
Hello! I'm having a bug with Profile Pictures. I've tried changing it many times, but I receive an error every time. What makes this stranger is I have never set a profile picture in Teams but somehow Teams imported an old profile Picture from my Xbox Account - And won't let me change it. I've tried to change my profile picture in Teams on Windows and Android. Windows gives this error: "There was a problem saving the photo. Please try again" Android gives this error: "Failed to update profile picture. Please try again" So, what in want to know is: 1. Why Teams is not using my Microsoft Account profile picture. 2. Why Teams is using my Xbox 360 Profile Picture. 3. How do I fix this so Teams can use the profile picture I want it to. Please find screenshots of errors & of my MS and Xbox accounts attached. Additional: My wife is also having the exact same problem on her account.

Teams meeting disconnecting every 45 seconds
whilst on Teams meetings, after a time (approx 60mins??), in a meeting I have set up in outlook with the "teams Meeting" button activated, my connection CONTINUALLY cuts out every 45 seconds (exactly??). The meeting carries on (everyone else is still connected) but I have to rejoin every 45 seconds... This is completely unacceptable and is now putting my whole project at risk and is extremely disappointing as we have recommended all other parties to use Teams but it now risking the whole project. Does anyone have any advice??? Hs happened several times now Many thanks Dan

Custom Teams app works in browser app but not in desktop app
I've created a simple app using App Studio. It's basically 2 tabs that display 2 different SharePoint sites. I installed the app successfully, but when I access the app in Teams desktop, both tabs are blank. When I access the same app thru Teams in the browser, it displays both tabs/sites correctly. Has anyone seen this or know of a way to fix the issue? Most of our users use the desktop Teams app to access Teams. TIA. -- Raul Hernandez

We run into a problem. Reconnecting...
From time to time the Teams stops working with message: 'We ran into a problem. Reconnecting...'. It isn't connected with any internet troubles - my Teams for iphone keeps working, all the applications which use the internet on the PC keep working. But Teams doesn't... even after system reboot. There is only one approach, which can help - uninstalling, then removing files in the %appdata%\Microsoft\teams folder, then reboot, then install again. Then it is working fine during some time, and after a while the problem appears suddenly again without any preconditions. Sometimes this interval of normal working is couple of days, but sometimes (like today) is 20-30 minutes. It paralyzes my working process, it makes using Teams permanent torture and lost of my time! It's about Teams for Windows x64. Logs are attached.

MS Teams stealing the focus when presenter switches into/out-of screen sharing...
I am using Microsoft Teams Version 1.4.00.11161 (64-bit). It was last updated on 4/22/2021. Ever since the latest release, it has been stealing the focus from other applications. It does this consistently whenever I am on a video call and one of the other participants switches into (or out of) screen-sharing mode. By "stealing focus" I am specifically saying that if I am focused on any other application on either of my 2 screens, and the other person on the call switches into or out of screen-share on their machine, then my local MS-Teams app window forcibly comes to the top/foreground window and grabs the focus away from whatever other window/app I was in. It forces me to alt-tab back to that application to continue. And before you ask: Yes, I reported this via the "Report a Problem" link in the application as well. I just am so frustrated by this that I felt the need to report it here too, maybe to see just how many others are experiencing this behavior as well. MS Teams: PLEASE FIX THIS HORRIFIC BEHAVIOR! Laggy typing in MacOS
This seems to be a well documented issue caused by CPU usage spikes. Typing lags constantly in teams, perhaps once every 5 to 10 seconds, regardless of background CPU usage. I'll be typing a message and hit enter to post it, and start typing another one only to find the start of my next sentence has been included in the first message because Teams has lagged. I've checked activity monitor and can see noticeable spikes caused by the 'Microsoft Teams Helper' process. When does Microsoft plan to fix this? I would have thought this issue to be paramount given that Teams is a messaging program which is seemingly incapable of doing its primary task in any sort of proficiency. Update 1.4.00.4855-1 breaks Teams for Linux
I'm on Fedora 33 latest patches and I recently got the 1.4 Teams update. It completely broke my ability to join calls somehow. Anybody else have this issue? A simple rollback to 1.3 fully restored functionality. Whenever I click a meeting link in 1.4 Teams says "unable to join this call." The time in Teams app is 1 hours earlier than my time
Hello community. I'm new to Microsoft Teams app and I got a problem with it. The time displayed in chat or calendar is 1 hours early then my local time. I'm in Ottawa and using UTC-5 Eastern time. My system time is 1:02 PM right now and I have a meeting in 2:00 PM, but in Teams the last message I received has a time stamp of 12:02 and the meeting is displayed at 1:00 PM. The language setting of Teams app is English(Canada). I also tried English (United Stats) but doesn't help at all. BTW when I posting this topic, on the webpage it says "Your content was last auto-saved at 10:04 AM" There must be something wrong.

After changing my account's password, I keep getting this error when opening a one-to-one conversation: "We can't access your content. Please refresh to try again." Same thing happens in desktop and web applications. I tried deleting all teams cache under %APPDATA%, and reinstalling desktop app, but that did not help. I also tried logging out and in again several times, but that did not change anything. How to fix this? I can't use Teams anymore.....
