Microsft teams wont minimize on endevourOS (arch based)

Not sure if this is the correct place to put this since its my first time using this site but here we go

Teams wont minimze when minize is pressed. Ive installed the Gnome look and added minimize, resize and close buttons to the install via cli

Ive disabled boot on startup and keep running when closed if that matters
